The PPD "vowed to protect the city without seeking alliances or help from the numerous hero organizations" (PPD Awakened write-up) but still accept individual heroes as members and let their officers merge with aliens? Talk about dumb (or typical government) bureaucracy.
Hey Manticore, your answer to the Romulus/Romulus question threw me for a loop. When i12 was in beta, Hero1 told us there was a connection between the two. Can you clarify?

IM going on pure speculation here, but my theory is that The Kheldian part might be the same, and has gone by the Romulus in whatever "host" he(?) is in.

Out of curiosity The Damsel of Distress. Empyreal. and The Crimson Fist, the heroes mentioned by Buck Salinger over in Croatoa, who were they? Were they just random names pulled out of a hat or do they have actual back stories?

No, not the same person. The name was free on champion, but on virtrue it was taken (I thought about moving her from champ to virtrue). So, maybe they were on virtrue. Eitherway, thank you for clarifying that for me.

That was my assumption, but it beg the question; When and why does the Romulus Nictus join the path of the Warshade?
The other possibility is that the Romulus Nictus is the Dirge of Entropy ie Requiem. Actually, can I modify my question?
Could we get a history of Requiem/Dirge of Entropy? When did it come to earth, what did it do before meeting Uzzano? What is Requiem's position among the Nictus? Is he higher or lower rank than Arakhn? When was he apointed to lead the 5th Column? When exactly did he meet Vandal and Nosferatu? After the fall of the 5th, did Requiem go to time periods other than Cimerora? What is Requiem's position within Reichsman's 5th Column, or are there two separate Columns now? One loyal to Reichsman's neo-nazi ideals and one loyal to Requiem's vision of world domination?
Also related are some Q's about the Council. How did the Centre form the Council, and for what purpose? When did he seduce Arakhn? Presumably he wouldn't have called his group the Council if it consisted of only him and Arakhn, so who were the other Councilors? When and why did SPIDER (now Arachnos) break away from the Council, and what was Weaver-One's role in it? What is the Centre's plans for the Nictus? They must figure in somewhere, since he uses their technology and troops, but shouldn't he be resistant to a world ruled by anyone other than himself? Is he planning th betray the aliens, or is he simply using Arakhn's connections to equip his own army?
Every now and then, over the last couple of years, something opens up called The Cathedral of Pain. Will this ever be intergrated into the game? What is the story behind it?
Will the Positron taskforce ever be revamped to have an actual plotline instead of "Meet Villain Group X and smack them down" run a long ways back, "Meet Villain Group Y and smack them down" run a long ways again, "Meet Villain Group Z and smack them down." Anyways I think you get my point on this. I know there are a lot of people both, new and old players, that want to do Positron taskforce but for what it is plus the way it is arranged is a big turn off. Is there a story behind the task force the way it is currently?
Villains like volcano bases. Will there ever be any sets with a volcano motif?In particular if the Council uses a volcano, why do they use it? Just because it looks cool and intimidating? Or is it for some other nefarious purpose besides building a giant robot that never climbs out of the base?
How come there are not giant apes, ants or lizards that attack the city? I mean we have alien and zombie invasions should we not have giant mutated wildlife besides Lusca?
Why are there not gas stations or convenience stores being robbed? Along the same lines why are there not any gas stations or city buses? We have cars and trucks driving around, where do they get fueled up?

I can't say for the first two, but the Crimson Fist has a fragment of backstory on one of the plaques in Steel Canyon (the "Just Said No to Superadine" one, if I remember correctly).
His name was John Knox, he was a Midnighter, worked closely with the Regulators and Back Alley Brawler, and was the first to connect Superadine to the Frost Cartel (aka "The Family") using his psychic abilities. He died during the First Rikti War (I used him in one of my MArcs, which is how I know all this- "Trollbane", in my sig 
).

Just what is the story behind Lord Recluses' side arm? Is it just a small touch they put in, or is it specific? It being on his left side, does this make Lore Recluse Left handed?
Aside from the obvious coding issues and ethically lines that could be crossed, why aren't there any kids in Paragon or the Rogue isles? Or is this just one of those things you have to look beyond? (there's like ONE they made for that comic book conversion :P)
Can you give any specifics on how Statesman survived that Tactical Nuclear Missile? He was obviously hurt, was it the explosion, the radiation, or the EMP pulse? (Consequently, why didn't any of these fry his brain, persay, magic?)
Psionics seem to hurt Recluse according to the comic book version of "Trading Place", why hasn't Recluse, in his search for covering most holes, much like Lex Luthor, bought a magic pendant, a science gadget, ect, to cover such a massive hole in his defense? Is Statesman just as susceptible?
There were impurities inside the samples that Stephan brought back according to "Web of Arachnos", these obviously had some part of Project Fury, but where did that wonderful pot of water in MAGI come from? I don't recall Marcus taking a sample with him...

No wires. If I'm remembering correctly, the way an EMP damages electrical components is that the magnetic field passing through the metal wires generates a current and that burns out the devices. Your brain does not have metal wires.

W.I.S.D.O.M. is a supergroup led my by the (very cute) Foreshadow. What does W.I.S.D.O.M. stand for? What is W.I.S.D.O.M. up to right now? How was W.I.S.D.O.M. formed? Since Foreshadow is immortal (to a point) have/will he and the Ouroboros team crossed/will cross paths? Can we have some background info on all the members of W.I.S.D.O.M.: Foreshadow, Mirror Spirit, Rose Star, Spark Blade.
Lord Recluse has, of all things, what looks like an old WWII pistol on his left hip. Why does he carry a gun if he has 8 "flesh and bone legs wrapped in man made prot-steel" ? Is the gun a sentimental token? Is it a super gun? Does he intend to use the single bullet in there to kill Statesman as some sort of symbolic move. Is lord Recluse left handed?
We know that the Carnival of Light exists on Praetorian Earth as the Praetorians attacked the Carnival of Shadows thinking they were the Carnival of Light. You said you were saving all GR questions for later, but since this is a bit of lore that is already stated as fact in-game, can we have some background on the Carnival of Light?

He sleeps very carefully! Ha! No, seriously tho, a friend and I had a discussion about this a while back. We came to the conclusion that deep in his Grandville tower there is some sort of giant steel web. This giant steel web contains force shields and antigrav pads. LR sleeps suspended in mid air.
I have a couple of questions:
Other than being his successor how are Hero 1 and Hero One connected, and what groups were they associated with; the Dawn Patrol, the Fae and so on.
Was there any particular reason that the demigod that Lord Recluse gained his powers from, Tartarus, was changed from being Protogenoi to Titan?
Since Reichsman is the Axis Earth version of Statesman, is there an Axis Earth version of Ms. Liberty? and if so, what is her name?
