Hi. I'm back, if anyone happens to care or even remember me.
  3. I don't bother dismissing, but I do use GoTo to send them off into the distance if they have aggravating powers (like Bots flashing lights, and Demon's shields.)

Once you are softcapped, applying -tohit on an enemy has no effect.

I didn't say it was a legitimate concern, I just said that people got all riled up about it.
  6. Given the sh!tstorm that the minor debuffs in the tarot power caused, I have to say No to ally powers that debuff.
  7. Earth/Fire is very safe and very damaging. Almost as much AoE as Psi, but much better ST and burst.

even the (relatively) minor disruptions of a generic 'new issue release' take weeks to subside.

A history wipe would cause major disruption.
A merger would cause major disruption.
A new expansion would cause major disruption.

And we're getting all three at once.....WHEEEEEEEEEE!
It's like an ebil dream come true

Especially when you're 3-4 stacking it giving you more damage than FS alone, by a very noticeable amount, and also very importantly debuffing the AVs damage in the process. Which is VERY important especially as a fire/kin, so the AVs don't one shot your imps which they so easily do (not sure if pets *can* be one shotted like we can't anymore, but they certainly don't fare well in general up against an AV)
He's got two Kins teamed up. With FSx2 every 8 seconds or so, there really is no great need for Siphon Power in this circumstance.

And here is another example. He's a bit more main stream for those that don't know about Rifts.

Now I know were never going to have the ability to have 4 arms or back mounted cannons or any thing. I'm not suggesting that... Well maybe back mounted cannons at some point...

    Any way moving on.

I would LOVE to have Tracks as a monstrous legs option. This would necessitate all kicks becoming punches and I'm sure a thousand other little problems we players will never know of. For example forcing the player to pick those animations which work with the legs they have. Even so I think it would be so very very cool and something no other MMO can boast of.

After we have tracks we can move on to other things like hover sled bodys and wheels and spider legs. (This is a Necon Destroyer from WH40K) I don't have a good wheeled robot pick any one got one?

Footstomp, Stalagmites, Most of Martial Arts, Jump Kick, Elude, Brawl with a Bow out, and a multitude of other animations that involve bending at the knees or jumping.

That's the only explanation I can come up with.

Aside from someone leaving work and forgetting they were supposed to post patch notes or not knowing a patch would be released to the Training Room so they didn't get the patch notes post ready.
Server side fixes also don't get patch notes, although they usually tell us that there is a new patch but no notes.

BABs has already given his reasons for no Vanguard mace.

As for more Maces in general, I suspect you'll see them slightly after Battle Axe but before Katana...

    Banes and Succubi placate.

Kheldian Dwarfs will taunt. This includes shapeshifted PPD.
  16. No, Taunt and Placate are extremely rare in PvE so the proc has limited usefulness.

-Heal is resisted by Heal Resistance. Something that only shows up in Hammi raids, I think.

The Puking in Noxious Gas is a forced animation, not a hold or debuff.

Instead I'll just laugh at Venture for being [Redacted].
  22. You will want Siphon Speed. More recharge is always a good thing. Siphon Power, eh, with Fulcrum Shift you probably don't need it.

That is something I honestly didn't know. It never even occurred to me that fury would require something like that.

That is not how fury works.
