commanding presence taunt/placate proc - worth slotting?

No, Taunt and Placate are extremely rare in PvE so the proc has limited usefulness.
Bane spiders placate. Taunt? I don't think there's a single mob that taunts.

Kheldian Dwarfs will taunt. This includes shapeshifted PPD.
So that proc protects you from three powers from three mobs. Wohoo!

Actually, It protects your pets not you. So, yeah. Pretty much useless.

Black Scorpion taunts... if you happen to take his patron arc. I suppose that's a problem if you don't want your pets attacking him. And you don't have Assault (which has taunt/placate resists).
So yeah... worthless.
Global = Hedgefund (or some derivation thereof)
I was looking at Commanding Presence for the +recovery and +HP set bonuses, and noticed the proc. No-one here talks about that proc, and it's relatively cheap. Does that imply it isn't useful?
I don't know if my pets are actually getting taunted/placated, they're always running around acting silly, who knows if that's the cause.
