Tech themed booster was the Cyborg Pack, and now we're getting the Magic pack. So that leaves us with: Science, Mutant and Natural.

Are the hoods a separate item or are they attached to the cape? I will be annoyed if I can't use my girls' hair with the capes. It might cause me not to buy, in fact. I have no interest in the witch stuff at all, and all my characters are women.


I'm only ladylike when compared to my sister.

That would imply the very nice coats are, in fact, *not* available for females. C'mon, Jay, you ported the tuxes and the civilian suits over. Don't squander the faith I had in you.

Judging by the fact that people are shown with the new hats and the new collar cape, I'd assume that you can have hair with the new collar cape.

It all depends on what $10 is to you. If you play this game a lot, then it may be worth it to you, if you don't, well then don't. Sounds pretty neat for me, plus I know I am helping the company get more content out faster by buying their micro transactions.

Hell if they would let me, I would pre-order the remaining booster packs today, site unseen, because I am sure they will do something good.

The best real life metaphor I can think of is Spices. You can buy some that are pretty expensive, and you don't use them every day, but when you are making something that you can use them, it can make all the difference.

Having a "Would you like your fortune told?" pop-up with "yes or no" would be better. That way you can only take the risk voluntarily.

More stuff I'd like to play with, but $15 a month is the maximum I will ever pay for a MMO. Also, I'm not a chump.

You are aware that the incredible depth of the costume creator is one of the bigger draws in this game, right? And that they "do nothing" unlike WoW's is actually a plus to many, not a minus?

It's probably more important to super-hero geeks like me than gamers, but that's one of the draws of this game, too.

My issue is that the costume creator is the ONLY reason I'm even subscribed anymore. I haven't logged in for about 3 months and could care less about the last few issues. These costume packs are really the only the keep me excited until the "Coming Storm" So when I see some weak sauce booster pack like this, I can't help but be disappointed.

Eh. That's a matter of personal taste. This one's got a lot of stuff I want. The Cyborg pack didn't. So I'll get this one and not the Cyborg pack. It's not "weak sauce", it just doesn't have stuff you personally want.

EDIT: BTW, if I felt like you seem to, I'd probably unsubscribe until the Coming Storm got announced.

Thank you Sexy Jay and NCNC for this pack. My first character ever made is a magic character, and I have not changed her costume since I made it in Sept of 04. I just never found anything else that I really liked on her long term since I was so happy with the original look. And there wasn't anything else 'magical' that begged to be on her (barring the no-hair Witch hat).

Now I have some more options. Well done. The high collar capes are something I've wanted to see for a while. Now what about the high collar cape that Maestro sports?

Personally, Id love to be able to use the costume change emote in MA missions, rescue Secret ID heroes from energy cage and then have them transform into their heroic Costume. (power suppression effect and all that from the cage)
