    Ok. I have re-evaluate my build. The END usage was just NUTZ.

    My Approach on this build was:
    • NON-Farm build for Trials and general game play (Farm builds are all over the place if i need them)
    • To maintain a balance between survivability and recharge.
    • Boxing was used strictly as a set mule.
    • No Performance Shift Proc in Stamina. Seemed a better return with straight END IOs
    • Once I hit perma-hasten, i stopped focus on +rchg
    • No Purples and No PvPs
    As always, I am very open to any suggestions. Im here to listen and learn.

  7. I dont know why anyone should get upset over the OP. He simply said (over simplified) 'I love the set/combo and for me its awesome'
    Its about fun, and the OP is clearly stating he is having it.

    If you are the type of player that is a min/max player, you aren't going to just read this one thread and say 'that's the set for me!' If you do, then you arent a min/max player. Those types of players actually do research on there numbers.
  8. Hey guys, just to add on to this topic..Im also in the same boat as the OP.

    With the new 'endgame' content, is it enough to PL myself up to 50 (new character) and get started on it? In other games, once you hit max level, there is a list of things to do for 'endgame'.
    Does that hold true for COH?

    Hey guys! I just came back to the game after a year break and a lot has changed. I decided to roll with a SS/FA Brute after 2 weeks of Alt-ing to figure out what I wanted to play. My goal is build the brute for overall game play and Incarnate Trials. I have thumbed thru a TON of these threads and only found a small handful of current Non-Farm Info on builds.

    I tried to piece this together using non-epics/pvp ench sets. I went for Recharge and Survivability on this build. I also have none of the Incarnate slots.

    Is this a viable build? Or can it be better?

  14. Also, if memory serves correct, as long as you don't let the bubbles expire, the Super FFs will remain on the team member. Meaning, Once you pop Power Build Up + FF your team member, every time you refresh the FF on that individual, they will be Super Bubbles.
  15. These times need to be updated or they need to be held. I came into to do a Hami raid last week (blueside) at 7:30 est, only to discover that the raid had not only started but was already on its 3rd run through.

    I should also point out that the times of the raids I was going by where from the various badge and VU2009 global channels.
    I do realize that this thread is almost a year old, but it seemed to be the most logical place to post it.

    As has been said, buffs/debuffs make a much bigger difference in this game than in most others. Also, individual characters have far more self survival tools at their disposal than in other games.

    All told though, I can see the frustration some have with all the "we need a healer" cries, but at the same time I think a lot of the "anti-healer" vitriol is unfounded. Healing, like any other aspect of the game, makes things go smoother.

    Im not sure being a blaster and being 'on the ground' is a great idea, and slotting for Defense in CJ & SJ? I thought Defense was crap now in PvP?
  20. I recently became 50 on my Blaster and would like to build her for PvP. I searched through the PvP forums looking for advice. I did find a lot if useful info on the character, just nothing really useful on a build. People seems to conflict a lot about how it should be built. One says go for Recharge, one says Max Health, another says to build for Defense? Wouldn't I need all of the above along with Accuracy and Regen? Isn't defense crap now in PvP?

    Here is a build I put together. As always, I try to avoid sets of Purples and PvP IOs. One or two here and there is, ok.

    Any advice would be great.
