It sounds like they're letting us have access to *mission maps*. Especially ones that are already marked up with spawn point instructions.
So, can you think of a mission where one of the maps was the hospital that had enemy spawn points?
If the answer is no (I can't think of any), then it's unlikely to be a usable map.
At that point, we'll have to suggest one. Which is a good thing for the Devs, because I'm sure their writers would like to have access to more maps for the stories they write. So, I can see suggested maps being like the suggested costume threads.
But first, let's see what maps we actually get. We'll certainly know by Open Beta.

This third video was all about creating your own archnemesis missions.
CO is touting that it has an archnemesis system which CoH doesn't... urm... didn't used to have.

It's also important to note the level of exposure COH is getting from this.
Rooster Teeth has a rabid following. Their fanbase is loving this series because they get to see the real-life versions of Caboose, Church, Grif, and Simmons.
Along with all the press and the new box coming out, this issue has been marketed expertly thus far.

Couldn't have been too bright himself if he had to ask. I wonder if these videos reflect how NC views the game's playerbase. 
You can tell that the Rooster Teeth people all play WoW. The mention of sending files with in-game e-mail was the clue. I wish we could send stuff to our alts using the in-game e-mail like all the other MMOs out there.

Guilty as charged.
Allthough the latest episodes of RvB have been severly lacking in Caboose-E-Goodness. It's more like Red and Caboose every once in a while sence so far it looks like Caboose is the only one at blue base.
When will it be released already??? LOL I've been waiting since before the last Issue and am REALLY looking forward to this, so I can create some content for our Super Group. :-)
The developers are making me mad. First they open the flood gates of information and then completely shut it. I want more information!

I have so many wonderful arcs that I want to write... when is this going to go open beta, it is starting to make me feel doom.

It looks like the open beta forums are being created (take a look at the Community Digest forum), though they are still locked. It's not a sure sign that it will be today, but it is certainly a good sign.
It could of course be an error or the forums acting weird (as if that never happens). So I'm not getting my hopes up.

If that's the case I hope someone has PM'd Ex about it. LOL, the chatter about pvp enhancements has already started on that part of the forums.
