In a last ditch effort to maximize my badges before you-know-what, this Friday night at 8 Eastern time I'm going to run the first mission of the KHTF to get the Once the Victor through Eight Times the Victor badges, after which we quit the TF and keep the badges as long as we never do the TF again (which is increasingly unlikely). They're not "officially" recognized by badge tracking sites, though, if that puts you off doing it.

I'd like to pre-fill the team with people from the forums rather than try to explain what we're doing to a PUG on the fly, so I hope you'll sign up either to get the badges yourself, or just to have some fun with other community members before you-know-what.

Nobody tell Texarcana that his allegedly "limited" and "exclusive" costume pieces from the CoH and CoV collectors versions can still be bought today, if you happen to find an unused box. He'd probably try to hurt himself out of sheer despair.

Since Yat Man called off his Master TF runs for Friday night and nobody has announced anything else, I'm going to run at least two Lambda trials on Friday at 8:00 Eastern to get the following badges:

Lambda Looter - Complete the Lambda Sector Trial having acquired 10 Pacification Grenades and 10 Molecular Acids during the second phase, but using none of them.
Well-Stocked - Complete the Lambda Sector Trial having acquired 10 Pacification Grenades and 0 Molecular Acids during the second phase, but using none of them.

I will be on at fifteen minutes to the hour and begin inviting people then. Since I don't know the whole badge crew, I'd appreciate it if you could leave a notice in this thread if you're planning to come along. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Last week's Lambda run went well with 12 people, so that's the minimum I'm shooting for. The current roster is:

So a 50+5 damage IO would scale down to 41.5% x exemplaring modifier x 1.25? That's much more reasonable. Thanks for the clarification.

So, wait:

1) If I have a schedule A 50+5 generic IO (53% enhancement), and I exemp down to 45 or below, all those enhancement boosters (which, as far as I know, can only be gotten with real money) effectively disappear?

2) The scaling "thresholds" are based on the percentage value of the enhancement, even though Schedule B enhancements have much lower maximum values?

My scheme was to stand by the spawn point and grab the Heavy, then log out, and by the time you've logged back in it will have usually respawned.

I'd suggest Lambda, TPN or the Magesterium (regular Hard Way, not Really Hard Way).

I'm not really sure if I meet your criteria, but this is the only thing I've got on Freedom:

T4 Seers Core
T4 Rebirth/Barrier Radial (as needed)
T4 Support Hybrid Core (can change)
T4 Spectral Radial Interface (Negative energy DOT, can change)
Maneuvers/Assault (can respec into Tactics as well with advance notice)

I don't have any Def debuff powers to slot procs in, but I have a Res debuff in my primary that can stack with Achilles Heel/Fury of the Gladiator, which I think would help.

I'll plan to come: Lucrezia, Dark/Dark defender. I've got Rebirth, Barrier, the Cataphract, whatever else you want I can probably craft it on the spot thanks to endless failed Keyes badge runs. Thanks.

I'll be there as usual, with incandescence slotted. FYI, the higher tiers of the power only grant greater buffs, I do not think they improve the quality of the team teleport feature. We should only need five to reliably rotate TP duty, based on a trial run I did this weekend.
