Master of Magesterium Really Hard Way (MOMAG) Friday, June 15th 7PM EST

I've yet to lead one of these so I figure I'd give it a try on Friday. I'm getting pretty frustrated with this trial's badge requirements so I'm going to try what I had to do to get Keyes and MoM... Micromanage and be very specific. So here goes:

I will most likely have to do 2 runs just for the RHW badge due to the team requirements. A lot of us might not be able to do it on our badgers the first time around just to satisfy the team build, and will have to switch to something the team needs.

Mandatory Requirements: And by mandatory i mean if you don't have these or don't plan on having these, don't ask for an invite.
Lvl 50+3.
14 Ultimate Inspirations. 7 Per round. This boosts your level by 1, bringing you to 54. I'd like to get the same people to run a 2nd one right after the first, since a lot of us would want to switch to other builds and get the badge on that one as well. And the experience should make the other run faster. each lasts 3 minutes. Tyrant battle lasts 20 minutes. 7 = 21 minutes at lvl 54

Have at least 2 of the first 3 leadership buffs. all 3 would be great. If everyone on an 8-man team had at least 2, that would average to be a 13% defense buff, 56% damage buff, and 35% to-hit buff, before any other buffs. This really helps out lore pets accuracy.

Destiny: Barrier/Rebirth Radial. Ageless would be useless with this many Kins.

Clarion is useless. One bad use of Incandescence and we are wiped.
Interface: Degenerative core, reactive core, cognitive radial. Any interface that does DoT. Every little bit helps.


This next part is highly recommended:
Must do Psi damage or at least lave a T3 Lore than deals Psi damage. Although Seers do the least amount of damage overall in regards to Lore pets, Tyrant has no Psi resistance, which makes them best for it. If you
do not do Psi damage/have Seers, I will take anything else that does not do Smashing/lethal damage. You can be the most awesome scrapper/tank/brute/blaster, but if he is resisting 60% of all your damage, you're not as effective. I'll leave 4 spots at most for AT's that do Smashing/lethal damage. No more.
Controllers and those with a defense debuff power would benefit greatly from an Achilles Hell: Chance for resistance debuff. It gives a chance to reduce damage resistance by 20%. Anyone with a damage aura woudl also benefit from Fury of the GladiatorL Chace for Resistance debuff. These stack together, but not on itself. But if we have enough we can keep a constant resistable 40%-60 debuff on Tyrant


Team Makeup:
This is very important. On the leagues I've been on we've always hit that 40-50% wall where we are not doing enough damage to Tyrant. Do to the combination of not using ultimates, not enough buffs and ineffetive damage types. So I will be putting out mandatory slots that must be filled to maximize our damage output.

Please give this information when asking for a slot. makes it easier to see what else I'll need if it doesn't fill. I know this is asking a lot. But from testimony of others who have succeed I am 100% confident that we will succeed with this team build.

Ultimates can be purchased for 2 astral merits apiece from ouro or purchased in WW.
Achilles Heel is only lvl 10-20 and about 15-30 mil on WW. you can get it there or with astrals or from merit vendors. I know this is really nitpicky, but frankly I'm tired of failing this badge repeatedly. I've respec'd my toon JUST for this badge. I took every leadership power and got rid of powers that frankly don't get any use int his trial. Sounds extreme, but most of us have tons of respecs just collecting dust. Looking at the stats, this team should be overkill! If you're interested, let me know either here on in game at @Yat Man!

UPDATE: 6/13 2012 1:40PM EST. 15 or so slots filled so far. Have people who aren't forum goers that want in. will input their info as soon I I get it. Also, please let me knwo what leadership Hybrid powers you all have. trying to see which ones we need more of so people who will be respeccing can fill in any gaps we have.

UPDATE: 6/15/2012 9:48 EST. Ok, we have only 3 slots left. I'm reserving the rest of these for high damage dealers. We're are more than on with buff/debuffs. Any other AT will be a reserve slot.

Akarah the Hunter (50+3 f/k can equip any Interface/Lore/Destiny/Judgement/Hybrid @ T-4). I read/follow instruction well.

I'd like to join. I can bring my fire/fire dom, Ion Sky. The dom has Assault (leadership) & Maneuvers, T4 musculature, reactive, rebirth, and assault (hybrid). No seers yet, but I can craft any lore pet. I'm thinking that one of the pure energy damage pets would outdamage the seers though. Apart from the seers having low overall DPS, the boss only has one attack that does psi damage; the other attack does smashing damage. If my understanding is correct then Tyrant has minimal resists to anything other than S/L, so energy damage wouldn't suffer much of a penalty.

Ok, respecced and have all leadership but vengeance and the heel is slotted. I may keep this build, it ain't half bad

Yeah I ran some the past few days just to look at my T4 Seers damage output. It was pretty minimal. Then switched to Rikti and Robotic Drones.

I'm going to go with Robotic Drones. They do pretty good ST damage, all of it energy, with a -regen component.

So choose whatever T4 you want, as long as it doesn't do smashing/lethal damage, it'll be ok.
