RV Heavies badge question

Does this badge give team or only the person clicking credit? Also how often do they respawn? Can you click and dismiss them or do they need to die?

It only counts towards you....

And I find running to an opposite fraction drone to kill them and usually by the time you respawn and get out of base and go to where the heavy is at is how long it takes for them to respawn. Unless someone snatches the closest one there's other ones to grab and repeat. (drowning your self also counts towards the immobile time badge)

I hope this helps

My scheme was to stand by the spawn point and grab the Heavy, then log out, and by the time you've logged back in it will have usually respawned.

So you cannot just type /releasepets and kill them?

When I did it recently on my second badger I just grabbed the heavy, then went to the nearest neutral pillbox and let the pillbox shoot me; I was normally dead before the heavy caught up. Then repeat, repeat, repeat.

My strategy as well. Tedious, but effective.

Q. Just wondering Posi, where are the new dance emotes we were told would come with GR?
A. Positron: Whoops, my bad.

When I farmed for the Heavy badges, I went in advertising free PVP rep. It obviously depends on other players feeling... "generous" about leaving you to your chosen activities... but it's faster than droning yourself.

This. Takes 45 seconds or so but will get the job done.

Questions about the game, either side? /t @Neuronia or @Neuronium, with your queries!

Generally I combine it with getting the pillboxes badges. Get Heavy - use it to take down turrets. Pillbox will generally take down heavy after 5-6 turrets, at which point time to get another heavy.

That and trying to solo the AVs on a squishy can burn through them.

The heavy spawn is bugged so you sometimes need to click more than once - helps for badge credit but not good if you're trying to PvP with it.

Alternatively zoning twice may be quicker than relogging.
