COH: the TV Show
Like a lot of IPs, the rights werre bought, but nothing's been done with them yet

Development Heck, as the realm of the undead movies are called. A studio would have to pony up a serious budget to do a CoH movie or even tv show because of the kinds of cast and special effects needed. It's still a good climate to make superhero stuff in, but whether it will or not is anybody's guess.

I know it'd really, probably, be conceived as a dramatic arc-driven series in the vein of "Heroes" or "Torchwood," but I cannot stop imagining a sitcom starring Statesman and Lord Recluse as feuding next-door neighbors...
"Now, I'm not saying this guy at Microsoft sees gamers as a bunch of rats in a Skinner box. I'm just saying that he illustrates his theory of game design using pictures of rats in a Skinner box."
I would watch the hell out of this.
"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill
We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
I think this would be the best new show of what ever season it would start.
Thanks to everyone that helped make me a welcomed part of the community, and for giving me over 3 years of some of the best gaming I've been able to take part in. May the next game bring many friendships and maybe reconnect to some old CoH friends.
CoH the TV anime: "Are they still on Praetoria?"
Picture this: A shy teenage boy soon finds he has an array of superpowers (basically for story reasons. he can use all current power sets at once) and has to move into a boarding house in Paragon City, But, uh oh! It's for FEMALE superheroes only! With the help of his childhood friend Penelope Yin,wacky hi-jinx ensue as he struggles to control his newfound powers and live in a house with heroines like Swan and Minx.

If Masterminds didn't suck, they'd be the most powerful AT in the game.
They can still be amusing. Sekeri did it fairly well, I thought
Orc&Pie No.53230 There is an orc, and somehow, he got a pie. And you are hungry.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
So, would this world still have the family alive? If so, imagine the obligatory family reunion barbecue episode.

I remember reading somewhere that there was either a television of film adaptation of our dear game in the works, but it fell through. Anything else you guys might know?
