You will always hear crickets in any thread calling the devs out.
If you really wanted an answer why didn't you PM a dev? They don't ever respond to posts calling them out.

Well, that would have been my Fury bar had I not rested, as you can't attack without endurance. Moreover, that would have been my health bar, too. Older Dr. Areon? and Professor Echo don't take kindly to being attacked

I think the real question you need to ask is why do the devs hate ponies? Both sides clamor for one, yet still we all have to go without.
(though obviously if they do add a pony it'll be in CoH rather than CoV)
Ponies? What about the Big Red Ball? you know the only reason they haven't implemented it is because it's a Big Red Ball. If it were a Big Blue Ball it'd already be in the game.
Then Villains would have all KINDS of new ammo to use against the heroes.....
What about pie, then?

Not that I want to come right out and say i think the devs hate CoV too.. but if you notice these poast keep poping up... it seems there may be some sort of reason behind this no?
And last I checked not that I looked very hard being that I knew I wouldn't find one.. there are no poast along the lines of "why do the devs hate CoH and love CoV" again i'm not saying I agree that they hate villians .. but if you've seen that poast feel free to point it out to me I could use a good laugh.
Annnnnd well for everyone who may have something to say about how you can get insp early in CoV or how the zones are better gfx wise (even thou it lags out quite a few ppl to be in these suposably amazing gfx zones) all i have to say to you is i'll gladly run through 25 zones to get to a misison and deal with my contacts never ever ever selling me insperations at all if we can get that epic AT going for villians that we were suposed to have in i 7 .. and i 8 .. and what issue are we on now? still no epic? I'm not saying the dev's hate villians.. but I can see how you would think that.

Jay Doherty: Yes, there was this one night that I was ready to go home but had to drop the browns off at the super bowl before I left for home. While on the throne it hit me. I stayed for a few more hours and that why we have the pain pads in the game.
I wish they had a couple of somewhat aggressive board monitors that would put an end to these types of threads before they can grow. One faction - usually the one on the side of the OP - takes an extreme and typically unrealistic position, wasting board space with arguably "whiny" comments about how they've been wronged. A second faction takes exactly the opposite position, usually coming across as being just as extreme and unrealistic. A third faction talks about ponies, pies, and other nonsensical garbage in what is supposed to be a playful way of making light of the topic, but is usually a ploy to make fun of the "whiners" in question. A much smaller, fourth faction tries to actually put forth something that includes realistic reasons why things might be happening the way they do. That faction is always ignored, of course.
In short, it's a waste of space. Yet here I am, part of faction four, adding to the waste. Welp, if you can't beat them, join them, huh?

When dealing with people driven by total conviction, factological arguments are irrelevant. This goes for both sides. People who get heatedly involved in this are either bitter or fed up and explaining their frustration away neither convinces them nor calms them down. "The developers hate CoV" vs. "CoV is so much better than CoH" is a debate that approaches religious levels of fervent belief, and always unfolds identically.
That's why you see people talking about pie and cake and ponies - few are the people who are still physically capable of taking it seriously. It's like server consolidation, killing civilians, PvP servers, FFA PvP or healers.

Because many people only play Villain side. And they see COV is pretty much the table scraps of COX. They get our money, we want results.
