Freedom Player Summit-Post Apocalyptic WIP
Dink will the pants be in both the pants category and the tucked in catagory?
I could really see these spiked shoulderpads and gloves being used for a whole bunch of different spikey costumes that aren't even related to the theme of the costume set, so I'm very much looking for to them at least. Maybe not everything else but I'm always for new shoulder, chest, boots, and gloves items.
No they will not be I'm sorry, they were specifically made for the Pants category.

That... sucks.
Can we have some big boots in the pants category now? IDF, Enforcer, Large, Banded, Mecha? They should clip over the pants, right?
T.T
What about a Chainsaw pack? We could have high tech chainsaws chainsaw guns, bloody chainsaws, more bloody chainsaws, double and triple chainsaws, rusty chainsaws.....

Arc #40529 : The Furies of the Earth
RPC, always a nice addition.
It's cool you have a mohawk IRL. It's also cool we've always had mohawks available in the costume creator.
It's not cool we have more styles of mohawk available than any other hairstyle. I'm pretty sure we have about six or seven different variations of the mohawk, and that number's only going up. Whereas there are a large number of other common hairstyles that the costume creator barely even touches on once. And there's no way Shark or Doofus could be even be considered normal, or even uncommon, hairstyles. How those got greenlit for creation I have no idea. You already have your mohawks and then some. I'm not asking for them to be taken away. I'm asking for attention to be spent elsewhere for a change. Also you misread my post. I said Doofus and Shark were hairstyles no one ever uses. Mohawks was separated from them by a comma 'cause it was the other thing that I mentioned was in over abundance in the costume creator. It was not lumped together with the others as unnatural hairstyles. |
Anyway, with the upcoming Cybertech Pack there's more than enough mohawks available, agreed. However, this pack is definitely not the right place to request more normal hairstyles. (Well, i guess a Snake Plisskin cut would be more normal, and also appropriate, but i digress.) i fully support Dink's ambition of releasing a hairstyle pack, especially if it includes new hairstyles based on more common and classic hairstyles. Things like pixie cuts for females and long glam hair for men, curly hairstyles for everyone, stuff like that.
Anyway, bored with the hairstyle tangent now. Moving on.

To chainsaws! Chainsaws aren't very practical in real world combat, but they are very dramatic, so i endorse the addition of chainsaw-themed weaponry!
Dr. Todt's theme.
i make stuff...
Thorns - Spines/Willpower Scrapper (1366 Badges)
I have been pushing for a Hairstyle pack so lets keep our fingers crossed!

HUSQVARNA
Not just for trimming Devouring Earth down to size!
You know, this seems worthy of a quote from alt.sysadmin.recovery (also known as the Scary Devil Monastery to you youngsters) ...
Now, I like power tools as much as the next guy. But if vi is a perfectly-serviceable five-blade Swiss Army Knife, and GNU Emacs is a 450hp twin-turbo five-speed four-barrelled-carb Leatherman/1974 Cadillac Coupe De Ville hybrid with leather seats, TECO is a 22-inch Husqvarna from 1948 that's been running continuously since then except that pouring in gasoline just DIDN'T HAVE ANY EFFECT after a while so it's been fed only a steady diet of lusers' blood and amphetamine-crazed weasels for a couple years, and it doesn't have any safety guard at all, and in fact the handle's missing so you just have to grab onto the motor and hope it doesn't burn you too badly or slice your legs off before you can use it to do what you needed to do and then throw it as far as possible hoping once again that no dangling body parts get in its way. Dink ... go nuts.
I much prefer the Chainsaw tangent to the Hair tangent.
If we tangent enough I'm sure we can get two or three more varieties of chainsaws.
Maybe ten.
I think the welder's mask will soon dominate my steampunk robot look

I would adore a pack with nothing but a bunch of hairstyles more than probably any other single offering of costume items (Except maybe the Black Knight armor...).
Just please make sure men get some nice looking long hair varieties, please?

Just a small idea. Would it be possible to make the "Braid pony tails" the long braids in a bun and in a pony tail, in addition to separate hairstyles, available as Detail 1 options? Similar to the Retro Scifi packs have the rings on the head available as detail 1 options so they can be worn with hats.
I'd love to be able to wear a hat or use the "Full mask" options with hair hanging out the back.

Seeing the upcoming mass of power sets, and then these awesome new pieces in development, I can't decide which I'm more excited about.
And then I realised:
Justice Hunter, 50 Inv/SS Tank
Slenszic, 50 Sword/Energy Stalker
MA Arc IDs: 1355, 2341, 2350
