Freedom Player Summit-Post Apocalyptic WIP
I don't know what I'd do with a Mad Max costume set but it certainly is intriguing. The idea of "studded" tire armor is attractive in a weird way.
I think they need more spikes. And we need chainsaw options for battleaxe, broadsword, Titan Weapons, and Claws. (Yes, the claw blades should be chainsaws.) and more "Rusted Metal" options for non-Katana.

Yes! We need Chainsaws for claws then I can finally make another tribute to my favorite fighting game Resurrection:Rise 2!
A-symmetrical gloves damit!!!!!! Other than that this costume looks awesome!!!!!! And some kinda of stuff for monster legs!!!!! And a neat tail for this set!!!
And oh oh oh stuff for duel blades! Broad sword! Etc! Claws!
Are those real shin-high boots or are the jeans just short?
Also, do you think you can fit in a ripped, blue tarp cape?
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Ok, this is pretty awesome. With this and the Retro costume, you guys are on a roll.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who immediately thinks of 'Fist of the North Star' type goons when looking at these screenshots?
Loving da gloves
As long as the females aren't over-sexed , under-dressed survivors of an unmentioned apocalypse...

Too bad we don't have Turtle Shells , the catcher chest makes a good turtle chest!
Really like the look of the set though, might have some fun with it when it is finished.
"were going to try something new in the Paragon Market: A Themed Parts Pack. "
please let this be the one and only time , or at least give us the option yo buy it all in one pack for the points most costume sets go for
(many of us already paid for things we didn't get like much of the CoT options which seemed like a bait and switch, then carnival of light only working on female charactors)
if things start coming out having me need to buy 2-3 packs to get the set ...i'll stop buying
So...the fans voted for Casey Jones?
*facepalm*
I'm wildly unimpressed, Dink. Not in your talents, in whoever decided this is what you should be focusing your incredibly amazing talents on.
Carl and Sons @Aurora Girl (Pinnacle)
Non-female mask that's... ACTUALLY a mask! O_O
is there a 'clean' version of it or are we stuck with the grimy look? |

The Freakshow could use a few of these parts if they ever get a makeover

My question is, why didn't we get a chance to vote on different costume part options like we did for the Retro Sci-Fi set? There are a few things that were brought up at the panel that I'd rather see than what you've decided on.
Not that I'm really complaining about what's in the list--I actually really like the set as listed (and am highly looking forward to the chainsaw Titan Weapon). It's just that you didn't come to us like last time for more feedback on the "player-created" costume set.

Please keep in mind that we're not always going to be able to open it up to player voting, but we will certainly do so when time permits.

If not right away, I'd like to see "clean" versions of this stuff down the road. The grit and dirt renders do take some of the versatility away from the set, IMO.
At least the few players that had enough money to shell out to fly to the con, or lived in the area already. I, along with a large number of folks that have asked for years, would prefer a Golden or Silver Age Heroes pack over a Fallout pack any day.

Both requests are valid, this is just the way we decided to go out of the Pummit.
I do understand that many people want certain themes to make their way into the game, Golden/Silver Age being one of them, and over time, there's always the chance it will happen. In this particular case, the development team grokked this theme and had some great inspiration presented to them by the players.

Everything looks great so far, don't get me wrong. Lovin' the work you do and how you work so closely with the community. That said...
Can we please stop getting mohawks? We have far too many as is. And with both this set and the Cyberpunk set we're getting more and more variations of the mohawk. It's going to get to the point where male hairstyles will be one quarter normal styles, one quarter crazy, weird styles that are rarely used, and the remaining half with be all mohawks.
