Hey rednames....anything to report on the Queue failures for iTrial content on Freedom yet? I've not been able to run any trials since yesterday afternoon.

It's a new mechanic in one or more of the upcoming power sets.

So much promise, but at last no.

Release new Hybrid slot. Lock it behind an itrial. So no to the solo path, yes to the WoWish raid fails. Sorry low pop servers.

Add now the Q to said itrial is borked beyond shame.

Guess Devs thought people would just spend their threads as ixp to instant unlock. Force people to play the right way? Guess what people just farm the first part when they actually can launch. You would of had more success if you would of let us unlock via threads then people might really do the trial instead of farm it.

But I will say it looks pretty, and after all great graphics make a great game, not game play.

Trials are the core Incarnate content - any new stuff is attached to them first, and once the devs are happy with them, they then roll them out to non-Trial content.

I hate to point this out, but your descriptions of the Mecha Armor boxes are off from what is listed in the Paragon Rewards window.
Chest detail are in box 2.
Box 2 glove variants either require box 1, or don't exist in box 2.
There is no shield listed in the rewards window for any of the 3 boxes, whereas it is listed in the patch notes..
Is Rad-X the Mecha Pistol? That seems new to me, but the rewards window says Mecha pistol.

Way, way impressed with the chainmail, though. I was expecting it to be a dud and i've put it on almost every toon I've logged in with.

I'd really suggest just cutting the mob count in half and seeing if that helps. Neat story otherwise though.
It's possible to complete his story and use his AoE powers constantly. I was able to do it but I also have a cool computer, or whatever. Still, I was getting tremendous lag spikes and, honestly, there aren't -that- many enemies on the map. There's gotta be some kind of butt coding going on in that mission.

Is anyone else having problems logging in and the first time it will kick you back to log in screen? It seems like its gotten worse with i22 and now i23 and repairing doesn't seem to help at all or lowering graphic settings etc

And sometimes night ward alone makes me crash to log in screen! Please please please look at this :C
It gets 1/2 loaded and kicked to log in

So my guess is, that in two-three months there will be a time locked arc that requires 90-120 minutes solo/team to 8 to actually play but due to the time lock will be closer to 21-28 days in real time.

Compared to doing the magi trial and unlocking in an hour or two real & game time.

I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Thank you Devs & Community people for a great game.

So sad to be ending ):

No. I hope you have sent a support ticket in though (so if it is common it gets noticed as common) & I'd start a thread in the tech support area here in forums as well.

well one solution which is happening on a lot of the servers is farming of the itrial, team form,do the mobs, then reform and repeat. It takes about 5 trial fully to unlock and only 6 partial.and the time difference is very great with the fast way being very fast.

even if you are a soloist, take the time to farm.

personaly I think the devs over develop some of the itrials, take the BAF for example.

as soon as you get your 40 warwalkers, they rest all disappear, so why are they there in the first place? after all we usally clear the ones closest to the door when we come in.

the glowing terminals are usally ignored by 98% of the BAFS I have been on.so why are they there?
and either we are the greatest MMO players or the luckest, but when the teams all do their parts the final battle is not that big of a problem,no EPIC feel to it.

and the hybrid slot is only so so to me ,no real push to take it to tier4.
almost does not feel like a incarnate power to me.

we ar half way through the incarnate slots, and hope the rest are better but as of now im not feeling as powerful as i was shown in the first alpha slot misson.

well that may be true, but saw no indicatin of it in the alpha slot misson, which was the big selling point of the incarnate trials. what is next? uber trials, then wacky trials.as big ofa problem the devs (and this is no slight on them) have for balencing trials with the powers we have from the current trials, good luck with a new set of powers. as the same thing will happen, people will farm the trials, get the powers then maul through whatever the devs design(and complain about it)

I may be strange but the best thing i heard about in one of the previoius betas was 3 more slots(which was pulled) i had several toons that could really use the slots, heck I would be happy with fewer powers and more slots.I like six slotting powers for sets.I would love the choice of a power or 1 slot to put anywhere.starting at lvl 32 or so.take for example plastic man, he does not shoot laser beams out of his eyes, or turn invisiable, but he has a simple set of powers.

I admit I am a bit of a simple person, but does not Omega mean end?

And while GG may have somekind of pipeline into the minds of the DEVS,have they ever said in print or video that another set of powers are coming(like the incarnates not meaning powersets)

I don't believe they said more Incarnate-power types (Omega/Alpha/Hybrid/etc), but rather more slots for Incarnate stuff with possibly more stuff to build within those slots. Could be completely mistaken of course.

What would make me happy is if the Incarnate level shifts would apply outside of the trials. You go through that work to get all the crap for building the Tier 3s and 4s, but the level shifts only apply within the iTrials (except Alpha/the first +1). I want to have the power that was shown within the Alpha arc where the AVs were as puny as Bosses. It's kinda pointless to just treadmill to be able to do more iTrials, rather than the game at large.

Positron said when they were first starting the Incarnate Slots that if they were well-received, they'd do more beyond the first ten.

They've already started adding comments about beings such as Rularuu who have ascended beyond being Incarnate. It's not too much of a stretch to think that we will eventually move beyond the Well's powers into new super territory sometime in the future... even if it may not happen until several years from now.

They did do that with the DA arc did they not?

Not 100% sure this is the right place, but it'll do.

The new "NPCs can taunt PCs" mechanic is horribly annoying. Black Scorpion was sort of tolerable since it's a rare and special encounter, but the Eternal Order fights in the Night Ward arc... ugh. I played through Night Ward once and do not plan to do it again. Not worth the aggravation.

I hope the taunt-using NPCs aren't made more common. They're not challenging or entertaining, just irritating. Mezzes and such are part of the package, but things that mess with players' targeting like that are no-no.

Minor spoiler(?): Prometheus seems to think that we think we're headed in that direction in his lore (Great reads for post Magi Trial, I think, havent talked to Prommy in a while). Hopefully Omega will be the end of *Incarnate* content.

As to Taunting NPC's, meh, I get my targeting confused by widows and Seccubus (spelling), fears etc. Wanna taunt me? Fine, I'll keep more break-frees handy.

Yep, wish they would extend that, too. I thought Shadow Shard was going to be the "super super zone" back in the day. Part me still wishes that because it seems so... ethereal, but likely people want more new zones. W/e, long live CoH. I'm happy with their design so far.

Although I don't mind the Stage 1 farming of the Mag Trial... it makes me feel that there's not enough incentive to go beyond that.

Right now; many are Stage 1 farming until they get their unlocks and then reverting back to BAFs and SLAMs to get their crafting material.

Stage 2 Mag doesn't seem to have enough iXP, Astrals, Emps or anything else worth sticking around for (besides finding closure) to make it competitive with the other iTrials. I would almost willing to bet that if it weren't for the Advanced iXP gate; this Trial would just about be dead in the water.

I wish there were something in the Mag trial that involved helping Dominatrix, Des and DD in the evacuation of Nova Praetoria (civilians and allied forces alike).

Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
*Arc #95278-Gathering the Four Winds -3 step arc; challenging - 5 Ratings/3 Stars (still working out the kinks)
*Arc #177826-Lights, Camera, Scream! - 3 step arc, camp horror; try out in 1st person POV - 35 Ratings/4 Stars

It's supposed to have a much better rate for Rare and Very Rare reward tables upon completion than the other trials, at about half the required completion time of the Underground Trial.

(In actuality, though, I've gotten an Uncommon and a Common upon both times I finished.)

Uh...who's the lady with the pink lightning that's everywhere now? Everything mentions Shadowhunter but not this mysterious person with the super lightning wrist blades. Supposed to be a new Penelope Yin or Silver Mantis or something?
