I agree with War Witch always did like her look
and my third would be Sister Solaris .. then again that may just be because I WANT that outfit so bad!

Doc Sampson is a Psychiatrist
Doc Delilah is an Archeologist
They have vastly different motivations and personalities as well.

I'm sorry, but the psychiatrist aspect of Doc Samson is such a huge part of his character that I cannot consider anyone else a rip-off unless they're also providing counseling to other super-heroes.
Delilah has some similarities to Samson, sure. They reference the same story. They both have usual hair colours. His is the colour of the Hulk's skin, her is the colour of the Hulk's pants. They both have super strength and a degree of invulnerability.
"Super Strength and a degree of invulnerability" is about one of the most common super hero powers.

Oh, I fully admit the name and character is a Doc Sampson reference. But somehow, I see her closer to She-Hulk in spirit. If only the game's models could make muscular women.

.No ones mentioned Sis psyche, was sad to lose her, but that may be based on her portrayal in the 3d images outside game.
It's tough to argue with Mirror Spirit, but I confess to a certain appreciation for Doc Delilah. I've always thought she would (as they say) "clean up real nice" for the reception after the scientific conference. Lady Jane's got a nice Mrs. Peel vibe going on which I rather like, too. But I can't leave out my girl in the Gumbo, Nadia.
Then again, if you like 'em tall, Lady Winter's not too bad.
