Proper stretchiness for the chest was brought up in the tights thread by several people, so the devs might take that onboard for any new spandex cotume parts that we get.

Speaking of Psylocke...Penelope Yin has psionic blades that form around her hands in the latest SSA. Reminds me of the polls they had on the old forums a few years ago, Psionic Melee/Blades was one of the choices for a new powerset.
