This is one arc that as soon as I hit 10 I go and do it,it is so easy solo on most alts.But even if you have to do it in a team why not have all team members take it and just say yes at the end of each successful mission.
I never run this arc with an alt who has already done it as it makes no sense to me as it is one of my least favorite arc,s.

Have you ever tried that theory? Because I tried doing that ONCE with the mission that involved escorting crazy Lady Jane and by auto completing I did not get one vital piece of salvage required to craft the curing wand. That ultimately lead to being unable to complete the arc and earn the badge on my own because.. I couldn't craft the wand and then cure 20 lost before being allowed to contact the Latin Student outside the Club in Steel.
If this change is live it SUCKS. I had squishy characters that only obtained their entrance into the Midnighter's Club by joining someone else's mission and aiding them in completing the arc. It is rediculous to think that an 8 man team would not be able to sync missions and all get credit for completing the arc once .. but would instead have to run it 8 times for all to obtain the badge and access.

No you don't.
You still only need to run it once for eight people. Just now all eight people need to pick up the mission. City of Heroes has a nice feature that it will auto-complete the mission for everyone in the team if the option is toggled to allow for it.
This was prob done to fix it so you don't get access simply by being invited for the talk to latin student part.
First the OP is WRONG, a group of 8 still gets it done TOGETHER, they only fixed the exploit at the end that let people bypass the arc completely which was clearly never WAI.
A few points, the ITF is not a fun TF and those who say otherwise are borderline delusional to say its among the best TF without saying IMO after it. See for me its not opinion but fact as I run ALOT of TFs and have no few on my global list who got there because they like to run them with me. ITF only EVER gets run during a wst phase because otherwise it is not ever worth the time vs reward as far as merits go unless you go for all out speed. Speed runs can be fun, but I am to old to really run for that thrill alone that once was enough in the era of games like mario and sonic when beating it faster was all I could think of.
Let me put it thise way most I run with rather enjoy doing the old TFs needed for the TF commander accolade, hell we still prefer running old posi via flashback more then the new one often. Beating an ITF in 30 min sure its cool, beating a sister psyche in under an hour, thats priceless fun.

That's not what was changed.
What was changed was the ability to simply hop on the mission at the very end, without completing any of the arc, and get credit for the badge.
People can still sync up their missions, complete it together accordingly, and move on.

I see the issue as pretty much closing something that wasn't WAI (gaining access without doing the arc at all).
I normally do it pretty early, as hunting greys with that wand recharge is boring, and I'd rather pick a few lost radio missions in steel to use it with.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Don't mind the fix myself, though, I will miss being able to get people into Cim when I was forming for an ITF and they realized they hadnt done the arc yet.

Hey Ho everyone lets stop being lazy Lazy Pants and go run the Arc, alot of the time people try to leech off of other people hard work and never once thx the owner of the arc. At time it either that way or just friendly team up with friends.
Maybe this is a good change, since it will make people work harder for the award at the end.
People hardly run this Arc alone any more and seem like everyone either trying finding someone doing the arc or forming a team for it just to get the badge and access to cimerora.

Although actually, the curing Lost part is kind a fun. >.> I still need to save that up for a Lost mission on a full team, I've seen people do that and it's hilarious.
See, what you need to do is get a team of 8 to run through the arc, and when you get to the "cure lost" mission, you all go to Ouroboros and start the Penelope Yin story arc. Then you can do the rescue Mr. Yin mission and go to town on the Slag of Skyway, Blubber of Steel, Ant of Atlas, Gruesome of Galaxy, etc. with your magic wand!
But yeah... great arc...
