omg lord recluse helm (not identical but will do), ive wanted to have a lord recluse helm since i started playing but wrote it off as being a signature piece i wouldnt get to use
that alone will get me to stick with this
(im also reading this as a clue that statesman will definitely be the one to kick the bucket at the end of the sig arcs)
Hmmmm... that Statesman helm looks pretty nice - weird since I dislike Stateman's faceplate.
The pet companion - what could it be? Wonder if there'll be two of them like the helmets.
Sweet! all i need to do is bump my subscription for another 2 months (which i planned on doing anyways) since mine lapses in feburary and i'll be good!

Interesting indeed, i was planning on continuing my sub anyway as i need to resub once it ends in jan ....liking the LR helm, be interesting to see how my arachnos guy adds this to his collection.
I really like this kind of promotion.
Are the helmets a single unit or are they attachments onto the half-helmet? (even from the concept art, they look like the latter)

If I use a game time card, will that add 30 days to my sub or not? Because my VIP player status ends march 6th and one time card is all I need to maintain it long enough to claim these rewards.

That's a nice set of extras for something many people would be planning to do in the first place and should tempt anyone on the fence about maintaining theirs subscriptions. Looking forward to seeing in-game images and more concept art.

I realize you're not in charge of the message, but this is a pig in a poke.
Guess we know who's gonna die in the SSAs now.
Funny how these "loyalty" plans coincide with the release of major updates and brand new MMOs from competing game developers.
Never-the-less. I think I will ask Santa for a 3-6 month plan for CoH this Christmas.
Yeah, I'm such a tool.

the helm of zeus doesnt really resemble what statesman wears at all (the valkyrie costume set faceplate is prolly closer to what statesman has)

My main account is currently paid up through April 2012 so I should end up with all these loyalty awards regardless.
But to be honest I'd rather have the option to pay Paragon Studios $60 (the cost for 4 months subscription) right now and not bother with worrying about whether or not I'm going to be subscribed during any set arbitrary time period. I wouldn't even mind having to wait until April 18th 2012 to get all the rewards - I just simply dislike having to worry about, god forbid, somehow having my account get screwed up and miss this. My account was screwed up a few years ago by a PayPal payment that got mishandled through absolutely no fault of my own so I actually have a real basis for this paranoia.

While the helms are neat, TBH I'm not all that impressed by this deal. As a paying subscriber, I would rater see a lot of usabilities issues fixed and/or updated. There's so many little things broken that the game look like it's in early beta (I have a story about that, but I'll post that in General Discussion later). Tossing new artwork//costume pieces (regardless of how nice they are) makes me think of Praetor Berry and the decaying state of Neutropolis - i.e. he's always looking to build something new, and leaves yesterday project to decay and ruin.

Maintain your VIP subscription from December 1st 2011 to March 31st 2012, and you will receive the following items on April 18th , 2012, on all of your existing and newly created characters:
So make sure your subscription doesn't run out anytime between December 1st 2011 to March 31st 2012 and that's all yours!
In the meantime, here are a couple of concept art pieces for the Helm of Zeus and the Helm of Tartarus so you can already start imagining how you'll use them for your existing or new characters!
