Zwillinger, do you realize that we've had more updates on the Retro SciFi set than we have on this loyalty program? I realize that with several notable departures from the Community Team you are all under a lot of pressure, but this was supposed to be a push to keep players subscribed to the game. A lot of players I've talked to didn't realize or forgot that this program was running.

In terms of money, I suspect that retaining subscribers earns the company more than a single costume pack. There should have been an update or tidbit from this program every single week. That update should have been included in every mailing of the new stuff on the market.

I know a lot of people get after Black Pebble and Ghost Falcon for stuff that they aren't responsible for, but this falls squarely on both of their shoulders. There has been a near-complete lack of marketing of this loyalty program.

With all honesty, even some rough art sketches would have worked while the program was running, showing what you are working on and what we are sub'd for. Not giving out anything is just.. yeah... nvm.. enough people are understandable upset about this.

And again Zwill has failed us with his empty promise regarding this subject.

Zwill, u a good guy, loved by the players, i think this is why it is so hard for us to understand that even you are failing us atm.

Guys, it's Monday. I'm usually in meetings almost all of Monday, and I had many other things to attend to today.

Here's the images I shared on Ustream awhile back:

Here's hoping they will make the 'Helm of Tartarus' look more like the concept work, doesn't look bad, just not as great as the initial artwork.

'Helm of Zeus' looks ok, and much like original concept artwork.

The pet... just... No, please, no.

Anyways, thnx again for showing these.

Any news regarding badge artwork? the Costume Change emote or the battle aura?

o.o why not just go full mini Rularuu aspect on the mini and then adjust the colors, transparency and toss an aura on it or something? it already seems like that was the starting point

Are the Loyalty Helms found under Half Helmets, Helmets, Medevil Helms?

As long as they're in Half Helmets rather than Helmets, I'm fine. It's been a while since new options were added to that category.

Black Pebble has stated April 18th as the reward date. As long as you kept an active account for the required dates, that is apparently the day on which we will receive the rewards. Since rewards are often awarded at different times throughout the day, I would not worry about not receiving your rewards until the 19th. Then if you are still without, a ticket can be filed with CS.

Given the previous loyalty program, it will be the first time you log into the game on the 18th.

will these be recolorable? like at least the part that is red on the recluse and the part that is blue on the states man?
