I've talked to a few people who were told by a GM after filing a support ticket to report their issue on the forums. Which, to me, is a punt that says whoever is handling the ticket can't or doesn't want to fix it. Should people who have gotten that in response to their ticket PM the ticket details to you or to the community team for investigation? |

Well, I would like to say that I appreciate you posting here and giving us some information. I have been watching this thread for a while now. I have to say the lack of response/ answers was quite disconcerting. So I want to thank you for bringing us some information.
My issue is a little different than most of the others here. My ticket was concerning the yearly badges and yearly rewards, not the monthly ones (which I seem to be getting on time.) When I sent in my tickets, they basically said they( support) couldn't fix it, it was an issue effecting everyone and the Development team had to fix it. So they said to watch the forums for an update(That was in November).
I know that you are parroting information, but this is the first information we have had in quite a while. Is there any update on the yearly badges and rewards? I will send in a new ticket today. Again thank you for bringing us some information.

Please file a support ticket.
If you have a tech support problem, please file a tech support ticket and our Tech Support Team will work with you. That said, to everyone else experiencing a problem with Paragon Point Stipend deliveries or Reward Token balances/deliveries, please file a support ticket. The last billing update to our back end just recently occurred (matter of days), so if your past experience was weeks or months ago, then our Support Teams may be in a better position now to investigate and assist you. |
Does receiving rewards at random intervals count as an "issue" or are the random intervals wai?

I started a second account with the first month on the 99 cent deal on Nov 25 and now have just paid for my third full subscription month on Feb 25. I got a paragon reward token on making the account, when should I get my second one ?
I thought I should have had it by now and ought to have been able to unsub while getting SG privileges which is what I wanted the account for. I will be very upset if I ought to have been able to unsub without paying my last $15, and have been conned into an extra month by a bug.

And this is the thing we need clarifying, I think.
Here's the question I want a clear answer to: For a given billing date, when should we be receiving each of Paragon Reward Tokens, Paragon Points, assuming monthly billing?
Please also clearly define how different billing schemes (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly, Half-Yearly+1, Yearly+2) alter that.
I don't really mind what the answer actually IS, but I want to know the answer.
For instance, I am billed on the 3rd of each month. Ignoring all previous experience, moving forward, when can I expect to see my Token for the payment coming up on March 3rd? My Points? Is it March 3 for one, April 2 for the other? Some other random set of dates? I'm not bothered by the answer, but it matters. With this information clearly defined, we can identify problems more easily.
Also, to help out other issues, when should I get my next Year Badge? My account anniversary is Sept 3rd, it's never lapsed, but has had various "free" or "bonus" months added to it (let's say 3 for simplicity's sake), and I am currently on Quarterly billing.

Before telling us to file a /petition if it's not working correctly, you could tell us how it's supposed to be working.
It seems obvious to me that my payment date, the date on which I get my reward token, and the date on which I get my monthly stipend of VIP points, should all be the same day. Right now, they're three separate dates. Is there a plausible reason for this, or is this the bug that I should be /petition'ing to get fixed?

Not sure if this is related, but I did have a GM and following emails tell me that the 7th year vet badge is bugged - some have it, some don't. I don't, and should have had it awhile ago.

This is something that is supposed to be a selling point for VIP access, a reward. Instead, it's a source of confusion and worry. The rewards system should be simple, obvious, and it should be plainly visible on the account management screen exactly what you get and when you get it. It shouldn't be something you have to file a support ticket on because you can't even be sure if it's working right or not. It needs to fixed, reworked from scratch if that's what it takes.
I mean, I've been lucky and I *think* mine is working right, but I can't be 100% sure of that because I didn't keep meticulous records. The points are sort of visible in account management, but not the tokens.
GF, I know it's not something you or Paragon have direct control over, but you need to understand just how incredibly patient the player base has been on this issue. Maybe call up a few powers that be and emphasize to them just how important it is that it gets definitively improved before that patience wears thin.

Are the year vet badges even showing up in the collect tab? I'm looking at my accounts and I see the Rewards badges but NOT the 1-6 year badges...

Edit: Checked a character that doesn't log in very often and they show up under "Most Recent" as well.

2) New badge group.
3) The old Veteran Rewards system got kludged into the Paragon Rewards, but they forgot to award the annual badges with the kludge.

Ok, i have been waiting for about 5 months now on my 2 year veteran badge.
CS say they can give me the badge, but with the next server maintenance it would be deleted. |
Wanted to know, do we still qualify for yearly veteran badges since the changes. I recently passed my 5 year aniversary. No badge was awarded. I sent in a petition about a week ago.
So far I've had 3 accounts people telling me they are transferring the ticket to someone else and to expect an answer shortly. Anyone had any experience with this? |
