Apparently, we're given paragon points on the first Tuesday or Thursday after the full moon that falls on or after the equinox. Unless your billing cycle date is the 1st through the 10th in which case you add 14 days to the date and begin from there. If the total goes over 31 days you set the date to the 17th. In months with less than 31 days you do the entire calculation backward assuming your billing cycle date lies on the 28th through the 30th. For months beginning with a vowel, it's the last Sunday of the month, provided there was no Friday the 13th.

Great. The thing that I have wanted the most is now in the store, and I can't buy enough points to get it due to "scheduled maintenance"
I'm not liking this system so far. It has taught me one thing though, no more impulse buys. I'm done spending extra money.

K, October 4th. My billing date was October 2nd and I am yet to receive my 400 points.

Points and tokens. Two separate things. Cleaning up our language is the first step to not confusing ourselves or each other.

I have seen a *LOT* of confusion because of people calling things by the wrong name. Especially PP and PRT, because they launched at the same time, and because they are awarded for free to VIPs...so people are confused about keeping them separate. Cleaning up our language means less confusion, which is exactly what I said.|

BTW, you didn't get your server transfer token on your billing date, just noting. You got it on October 1, along with every other VIP.

Some other official information would be nice because this system is still clear as mud, with information that might be true but it also might not be is scattered around here and there but only if you regularly read the forums. Hint: this is not the correct method for communicating to customers.

The whole system is a bit screwy. Last week I still had no server transfer tokens, and then yesterday I saw that I now had two of them, which I think is still incorrect. I had enough points in the market to get the Ray gun set and the rocket sled, but nothing else.
My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Ok, so I understand how people who started their accounts last month didnt get their points for this month, but my account has been active for 6 months or so, I was billed on Oct, 2. 3 days later, I still dont have my points.
Now, if this was somehow explained in an earlier post, I humbly appologize as I didnt read ALL of the posts in this thread, but skimming through it, I didnt see and thing about that, thought I may have missed it.

If I would have known they were going to be this stingy on giving us the points they said they were going to give us, I wouldn't have bothered spending as much as I did, because now I don't have enough for the things I was planning on getting with this month's allotment.

As for them being stingy, they are not. It is still the 11th, and we really cannot complain until the clock passes 11:59pm PDT. Accounts roll over at the exact time you activated the account. So if you activated at 8:34pm, you won't receive your points today until 8:34pm.
There was an error which occurred with the launch of the Head Start last month, when they awarded everybody their September stipend at once. Apparently, the result of that error is that anyone with a rollover/renewal date between the 1st and 11th of the month is receiving their October points on the 11th, and will gradually return to their actual rollover date over the next couple months. (i.e. as your date is on the 2nd, next month you may receive your points about the 7th or so.) We do not know why it has to be gradually returned, or what caused it, but that's the situation.
