Did you honestly think the devs would do something that drastic without changing the requirements for the accolade if they were actually made inaccessible by the removal of Galaxy City? O.o

On the other hand, their fix for the Numina TF hunt was just to remove the Galaxy City hunt entirely.

You can also access it from any supergroup base teleporters that previously pointed to Galaxy City. They've been redirected to the echo.

How do I get to the hollows? First you get the summon Aardvark temp power by defeating hellions. Then you follow the Aardvark until it leads you to the red dot in the west side of the zone. Wait for the Aardvark to desummon and then click on the police officer's feet and you'll be in the hollow's.

Then you have to go Rogue > Hero > Blueside Ouroboros > Echo Portal > Get Badges > Vigilante > Villain > Rogue in order to get the badges and return to your original alignment.
The Echo portal does not exist in Redside Ouroboros.

That's why I always looked at his Rage as being more... 'Get off mah lawn' instead of the more youth oriented 'NerdRage' type.
Though I guess technically, we're all nerds cause we play this game. Quite frankly no matter who you are/what you look like. If you tell someone about the SuperHero game you play... Yeah, they gonna be thinking "How nerdy"
