    Technically, you can't fill Tier 9 anyway. They're all repeatable rewards.

Positron said, "I just want to come out here and say that the cycling of the tier 9 rewards was kind of based on the design that you can pre-purchase your months in advance and get all your tokens. Since that's no longer the case right now, we may be revisiting the cycling part of the Tier 9 stuff."

    As far as I know, that's just a quirk with the way the flight power works. Angling the camera up or down makes your character ascend and descend. It's been that way for as long as I can remember, and it's always annoyed the hell out of me, but I don't know of any way to change it.

    Did you honestly think the devs would do something that drastic without changing the requirements for the accolade if they were actually made inaccessible by the removal of Galaxy City? O.o

    MARTy and AE

    I personally believe the community grossly overestimated the impact that MARTy would have on AE. I've yet to see him trigger on anything I've done, and I doubt anyone else has (excluding the resurrecting custom critter in AE thing).

    As Bubbawheat said, I believe MARTy was meant to target actual exploits and cheats (such as blowing up half a map simultaneously, millions upon millions of inf pouring in every second, etc) rather than aggressive farming.

    SS/Fire Build

    I guess "farming" wasn't really the right terminology. I'm looking for something that can farm AE tickets/purples, yes, though I'd also like to reliably PL people in my SG and such.


    The build you posted looks nice enough, Gospel, and thank you for it, though the lack of Vengeance and the Soul Mastery pool kinda throws it off for me.

    I'm fairly certain that is the actual post I got the build from, but the poster seems to have changed it since then. It had Pyre Mastery, not Mu Mastery, and it used Crushing Impact sets in place of the Mocking Beratement in all but the Consume power.

    I'll see if I can put the build I have so far from the one I was using on my Brute at the moment in Mids and perhaps one of you can kinda figure out the rest of it.

    EDIT: Okay, I got what I have so far in to Mids. I have no idea what was in Melt Armor, if anything (Might have just been SOs)

    SS/Fire Build

    POST-ACTION

    I'm looking for an SS/Fire build that is inexpensive and doesn't use Mu Mastery. All the ones I'm finding use Mu Mastery, and my Brute is blue-side so I only have Energy/Pyre/Arctic/Earth.

    I had one with Pyre that was working quite well, but Mids screwed me (or helped me screw myself) when I while I was messing around with it to check some things. Went to click Open to re-load my normal build, and ended up hitting save instead. Holy no confirmation screen, Batman!


    I don't have very much inf (like 80m to my name right now, plus whatever I make by farming tickets). Any help would be much appreciated!

    I would assume yes. If not, the only thing you'd have to spend your tokens on would be the repeatable Tier 9 rewards, which seems a bit... underwhelming, to me.

    OMG that set looks amazing. I hope I have enough time to reach Tier 9 VIP before it gets cycled out! I've only got one of the rewards in Tier 6 right now. T_T

    I got my 21 month (I think it was 21...shoulder capes) vet reward automatically a couple weeks ago. Didn't have any problem with it.

    Which was my original point. Once people make up their mind about something it's very difficult to convince them otherwise, especially if they're the opinionated sort to begin with. And unfortunately, this is one of those "niche games" that doesn't attract very many people at first glance.

    If only they knew what they were missing out on.

    Yeah, don't feel stupid. The same thing happened to me.

    I was all excited, thinking my Fire/Kin would be this invincible god once I got her build done. You can imagine the disappointment when I saw the values plummet after turning off the PVP thing.
