I would assume yes. If not, the only thing you'd have to spend your tokens on would be the repeatable Tier 9 rewards, which seems a bit... underwhelming, to me.

Yes, when they cycle in new VIP rewards, you would have to re"buy" them with tokens. The rate is going to be slow enough that you'll always have enough tokens to buy them before they cycle to a new set, at least as long as you don't spend any on the renewables. Purchasing extra PPs should put you ahead as well.

So if you have all of your Tiers filled, and all your VIP reward slots filled,
do you have to sill fill the VIP reward slots with tokens when a new VIP reward is out? (Just trying to understand that particular part of it)
