Unlikely, I don't believe it's been triggered on Live yet. It's meant for true exploits, not current farming, which is considered "aggressive gameplay". They did make a minor adjustment for farming where resurrected enemies don't give xp when they're defeated the 2nd time.
I personally believe the community grossly overestimated the impact that MARTy would have on AE. I've yet to see him trigger on anything I've done, and I doubt anyone else has (excluding the resurrecting custom critter in AE thing).
As Bubbawheat said, I believe MARTy was meant to target actual exploits and cheats (such as blowing up half a map simultaneously, millions upon millions of inf pouring in every second, etc) rather than aggressive farming.

Yep, it doesnt affect AE farming on live. Originally (during open beta) it would kick in tho, thankfully that was changed.

just logged on after the very long down time and apparently "You have triggered the Metric Activated Reward Throttle".
Seems a bit harsh as I haven't played the toon for hours

Everybody's getting that message, AE or not. Guess the system sort of "initializes" when you first log in and resets. It'll probably get fixed.

I'm ASSUMING the MARTy threshold was increased considerably, as some quick numbers were tested before I21 launch.
