    1 point of fury is equal to 2% +dmg. i think its 0.75 points per second fury decay.

    Two of /fires best powers are burn and FE. Neither of which u have yet. Once u get these, and get them slotted, you will be a wrecking ball of pure, unstoppable destruction. Teammates will stand back in awe as you not only tank the map but also kill 90% of everything before anyone even has a chance to attack.

    Before bruising, with roughly 7% fury or so you will surpass the tanks dmg.
  4. If IOs never happened this game would have never been fun for me, IOs are a huge chunk of the fun imo.
  5. For claws the attacks have a slightly higher base dmg with a slightly slower recharge, this is really good for a brute because even a slight increase in base dmg adds up.

    Elec's big hitter (LR) is a pseudo pet, which means it has a dmg cap of 400% (300?) for all ATs this negates one of things brutes need in order to compete when it comes to damage, their higher cap. So scrappers get roughly 30 extra base dmg which means they are going to be able to do 100 or so more damage than a brute could ever do. If they can crit with LR, which im not sure they do or not, they come out ahead even more.

    When they announced titan weapos i believe they mentioned they ONLY had the concept, ie the pictures we saw. So im actually suprised how quickly it came out.

  8. Does TW's AoE allow for the FF+rech proc? If it does not SS/ still wins...it really is that simple. It's actually the biggest reason SS/ is king...both claws/ and fire/ an AoE that is better than FS, but neither of them get the proc.

    Rage? In general its pretty good, when it comes to general play its the +tohit thats the best, but if ur using reds its not all that useful.

    Put 2-3 in there, so you have 2-3 end mod SOs and the Performance shifter +end proc.

    As long as the caps are low enough i think this sounds like a good idea. But having low enough caps that its not game breaking just doesnt sound all that fun to me.

  13. If u want to build something using only your AoE attacks id go with elec/fire/mu.

    Unless im missunderstanding what you want...do you just want a lot of AoE dmg or do u want to ONLY use AoE attacks? Those are two VERY different things. The latter actually sounds like something i might want to try XD

    Yup, only if their resistance to smashing or fire is low enough tho. It takes awhile but it is possible.

    MoITF and soloing GMs is possible with an Ill/Rad controller, but you won't be soloing +4/x8 especially fast (you can solo at that difficulty, just not fast)

    Some brutes and scrappers can pull off 1 and 3, and can solo AVs, but soloing GMs will be beyond them unless you plan on using Lore pets.

    Basically, what you're asking for is a character that fits into 3 different specialized niches, which is next to impossible to pull off, and it's that way by design.
    I take it u havent met my brute. He can solo GMs without using lore and takes care of 1 and 3 easily.

    But lore is there, not taking it into account is stupid. Unfortunately it means soloing a GM is no longer impressive...at all, since anyone can do it.
  16. SS/fire brute.

    Orignally i made mine for farming in AE, with plans to NEVER leave it, as a way to get inf for my "better" toons.
    Once iPowers came out tho i wanted him to be as fast as possible. So i threw together a build for content, hoping to be decent enough to not be dead weight, so i could get the new awesomeness.
    Next thing i knew i had the most powerful, well balanced and down right fun character i had ever created. The toons i was going to get inf for? Haven't been touched since.
  17. Just about anything can solo AVs, so u will be fine. I happen to have an DM/SR/mu and he can pull it off pretty well, /soul is going to be that much better

    I would recomend cardiac and rebirth for suvivablity or spirit and ageless for better dmg (this would still be able to survive AVs but might have more trouble with other stuff)

    Musculature is...pure crap. Reactive is, by far, the best choice for soloing AVs.

    When u are afraid u get to attack at least every 3 secs, or if you are getting attacked it has almost not affect on you at all. I dont think it detoggles either.

    It's really one of the weakest forms of control.

    Travel powers are overrated since the addition of ninja and beast run. As well as allowing temp travel powers to be used in an Mo.

    Brute as a Tank?

    It can, this is even more true if u get iPowers. You can be soft capped to s/l/e/n almost all the time between Mog and barrier.

    You are also running at almost 3k hp and some 80 hp/sec regen. And u still have reconstruction and IH when u need them, oh and at least 30% s/l res and 10% to everything else.

    Lets not forget about darkest night as well.
