Good filler but not as good as Shield Charge or Lighting Rod.
Does it look cool? I figure I can get the recharge down to around 45 seconds and it might fit well with my new Street Justice Brute. Using Spring Attack to enter the middle of mobs followed by build up and Spinning Strike could be a very nice entrance combo.
Here's a video someone made. In the second part, I believe you can see them use Spring Attack a couple of times.
