Now.. calm yourself and take a deep breath. There isn't that better! As stated all you need to do is wait until level 14, they dropped the requirement to use Ouro portals down to 14 from 25 this issue, and you can either get someone to drop a portal for you or .. if you belong to a supoer group that had a Galaxy portal it will now take you to Echo Galaxy. Side note..If you belong to that SG and don't have an Ouro Portal use the teleporter and when you are done grabbing badges and plaques use the train station to leave and you can wind up in Ouroborus where you can grab the Exp badge and the right to use a portal!!!!
Now that we have you semi calm.. where have you been hiding the past few months...... It's been talked about here on the forum, advertised by NC Soft, and even talked about in game on globals. Why are you the ONLY player that didn't realize Galaxy City was scheduled to be invaded and destroyed.

The Arcane Teleporter is bugged, it's still pointing to the original Galaxy.

Has anyone checked to see if you can access the Galaxy echo using the new zone teleport power?
