No Galaxy City Badges, anymore!

Giving the devs the benefit of the doubt has been harder and harder to do, lately. The idea that they'd just outright remove the exploration badges from Galaxy is a little ridiculous, but they've done some other ridiculous stuff.
Actually, in all seriousness (well, as much as I may muster for a short amount of time, at least)... And not just for the O.P.... While the above response is certainly true and a good rule to follow...
Also try to give people the benefit of the doubt and, more importantly, don't assume anything. Post and ask. Don't assume the developers would be so dumb and mean to remove those aspects (without some way of still achieving the same things). I know it can be hard, when you encounter a lot of dimwits out and about, but it really pays to give people the benefit of the doubt (when the end result shouldn't result in daggers in the back or some sort of severe pain). I don't mean this to be mean or unpleasant. I honestly mean this as an attempted analysis as to why you get the weird responses you do. I think it comes down to, what an editor might call, an enthusiastic usage of the exclamation point (and at times, of the question mark, too, but I don't think that's where the confusion lies). We can't hear tone of voice well via this medium, but the exclamation mark immediately makes one a degree or two more likely to consider the post to be intended to be read as a shout..
Look, people, the reason that I mostly only post what seems to be rants, is because I usually only have something to rant about, or else when I try to sometimes post a thread with a simple request for help, which I have, in the past? Somehow, it comes out sounding like a rant, and, sometimes I am just plain confused about things! Please understand, that I am trying to do my best, but, I am only a casual gamer?

Don't forget the non-use of the period; only exclamation and question marks.
His standard method of posting includes a poorly-worded first post with Randomly capitalized Words that aren't Proper nouns, followed by not returning to the thread.

EDIT: Didn't read down far enough; Madadh already pointed this out.
I find your lack of signature disturbing.

OK. That made me laugh. Almost enough to try to go back and watch some of that sitcom... So very apropos. Kudos Gob.
You are welcome!
