Spider-Man!
I just consider it one word
Mind you, I knoew there was (or still is) an RP SG on Virtue that wouldn't accept such a name, even if it made since like Spider-Man.
And all I could think was "Really? It's not like it's Frost Man-. It's Frost-Man. Like Spider-Man!"
When appropriate, I make use of the hyphen with no problem.

I've nothing against the adjective-noun thing, especially where the adjective is a color or some other standard comics thing. "The Yellow Iguana!", "The Golden Bullet!", "Hurricane Girl!" etc. I just don't go there as my first choice.
