Anyways, as to the full panel... nothing really earth-shattering outside of the Global Server Lists being merged.
I think Nate did a good job of dancing around some of the questions, such as handing off the question on Vehicles, and the dancing around the "Buy something to respec power choices"
I'll lay odds that if Matt had been there whoever asked that question would have been promptly told they would be given Fusionette as a permanent side-kick.
I imagine there's a lot of happy euros right now.
As a european who's been lurking on the NA servers all this time it'll be interesting to play on a server during its peak time for once 
And as an incurable altoholic with characters on all 11 NA servers - Yay for new servers with more slots!
Edit: I just remembered I have a (currently inactive) EU account, with the same name as this one. Hmm. Guess they'll have worked something out for that.

Sorry, I know you mean well, but you across as REALLY condescending there. We might choose to join you, but not because you're the "big boy/girl servers", and not because we need taking on TF/SF/Trials. We're plenty experienced at the game ourselves, thanks.

On a related note...
I just watched the Teaser trailer for I20.. at 0:37 in.. there is a DP blaster shooting while using a jetpack.. is it me or is the Jetpack's colors matching his costume???? That's not normal! Could Jetpacks be closer then we think?

Civilian clothes have already been done. We have t shirts, jeans, varieties of suits, shirts, and shoes. Other niches need way more love than "casual".
perhaps the too soon (for jetpacks) was to fend off speculation that they would be in issue 20, but they may be a issue 21-22 possibility. That is news that I am quite pleased with myself.

One thing about all this Praetorian stuff that absolutely irritates the hell out of me, is the lack of ANY of it in the live game zones. Kings and Steel are meant to be heavily damaged... Skyway is next... Probably IP too.. But we're seeing NOTHING of it in the main game world.
It makes NO sense whatsoever! They have Rikti invading.. Why not Praetorian raids? Update the game world to follow the new story line please! I doubt many will complain!

The pack in the video is the same model as the 30-day Temp power Jet-pack you can buy from the CoH store. While it could be a sneak-peek at jet-pack costume options, not sure if it is.

Despite the good news on the server list merge, the news that the obsession with Praetoria continues unabated is still disappointing to me.

This whole "merge the EU/US servers" thing... does that mean that everyone will have complete access to all servers? If it does then that means more character slots for free, doesn't it?
Dear lord... more servers means I need to expand out my tournament so I still have a team on every server... which means more spreadsheets... which means re-vamping the spreadsheets I already have...
Wait a second... but... but... would it be fair to the newer characters I create that they will be going up against veteran characters that have had so much more play time than them....?

Next is Underground Praetoria- stealth highly suggested-HAMIDON!!!! (Praet Hami was in Hibernation, waking up)
Underground Trial map "cool" with lots of glowing alien bits
(Passport badge asked about)- more info released Monday/Tuesday on Global Server access
Combining of Abilities (ala Oil Slick with Fire) will be followed up on
NPC villain costume pieces in near future. Any new NPC groups will be released with usable costume bits as well.
"Incarnate Trees will continue to expand and we'll continue to add more powersets and costumes as well"
Praetorian storylines post- level 20 will be expanded- "too cool to leave behind"
Customizable Epic Pool powers- "we are always trying to expand power customizations, and a lot of problems are with the UI. We are looking to do that though."
Updating old content with new tech? "Definitely something we want but just choosing which to do first..."
"Any solid plan to make Citadel less friggin repetitive?" Nate- "Shortly before joining Paragon I was on a 7-hour failed Citadel. It is definitely in the near-term" (personal note.. SEVEN HOURS and fail?? HOW????)
Jetpacks/backpacks are a definite, but won't be coming "too" soon.
Nothing for the Shadow Shard yet.. it has been discussed though
