Dark/Shield Build Thread
I'd sink into a depressed funk for a few days. Nothing else would change really. I play so very little but the game's impact is still significant enough that just knowing it was no longer there would stick with me.
Like losing a long time companion.
I'd feel that 'loss' for a while. Eventually moving on, probably be done with gaming in general though. As I was 25 when I started playing this one and I'm approaching 31 now...
Nothing else on the market appeals to me in the slightest.
That is until I struck it rich somehow and bought up the IP so I could still play, albeit solo.

I'd be rather upset for a while. I'd try DCUO (on the PS3, because I know this comp won't run anything newer than CoH), but probably not stick with it.
In the end I'd probably just play more console games.
I'd think about trying DCUO, but even though I'm a huge DC fan, I might not do it. And they'd only get a chance because it's DC. Maybe try Diablo 3 when that comes out, but otherwise no other MMOs.
Mostly I'd play Civ, build VS decks, and work on music.

Probably slowly start to play trough my giant backlog of games that I haven't played and which spans over 600 games over 4 different systems.
If the forums closed, I would petition for this thread to be the first to be closed. (It's just making me sad!

If the game closed tomorrow, I would maybe try to get contact information from friends if possible. If not... I'll just... disappear... I doubt I would find another MMO like this one...
Probably play on my Wii... My depression would severely affect my skills, though...

Sub full time to that other mmo that just came out. It's not as bad as I thought. And it's ten times better than Champions Online.
