Reichsman still equal parts tedious and annoying.
That said, I'm kind of looking forward to running a Kahn, just because it's been quite a while since I have.
I've never run a Barracuda, mostly because when people actually WANTED to run them, none of my villains were high enough to do it.

The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.
Yesterday 11 Kahns, all 27-37 mins. Best time for STF was 47 mins, I did about 11 of which we succeeded 8 not always with appropriate teams, although one of the STFs succeeded only due to raiding a couple of bases for every sensible size orange and purple
Not crazy fast but reasonable.
Going to take me a long time to get my chosen 25/61 50s incarnated out.

Havent tried cuda . . . but i really like the khan

I would not be at all surprised to see a round of Merit Reward "rebalancing" after a few more weeks of Strike Targets. Average Kahn completion time seems to be 2/3 to 1/2 of average Barracuda completion time in my experience, but it rewards 50% more merits.
We are even seeing Kahn times surface that rival Speed Katies. Barracuda is also more prone to ending in frustrated teams disbanding than most other TFs, although unlike the LRSF and STF I think a lot of teams these days just don't bother to start it unless they can assemble the "right" configuration. |

Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

That is awesome. Doesn't change the fact that sacks of hp as challenge is something this game needs to move away from. Thankfully it seems they are.
Blazara Aura LVL 50 Fire/Psi Dom (with 125% recharge)
Flameboxer Aura LVL 50 SS/Fire Brute
Ice 'Em Aura LVL 50 Ice Tank
Darq Widow Fortune LVL 50 Fortunata (200% rech/Night Widow 192.5% rech)--thanks issue 19!
I actually like the last Barracuda,
there is the temp power angle, which is different
And the mother of all ambushes I also actually like
Should it be more than Khan, sure, but honestly speaking, with side switching bit, the merit inbalances doesn't bother me anymore.
Question though,
if you happen to have a rogue or a vigilante, and you complete both the WST for both villians and heroes, are you able to benifit twice in the same week??

A sack of HP is literally a big AV with big damage that you have to beat down and nothing else is going on. We haven't had a TF like that in awhile.

It's not a sack of HP. Reischman is a scripted encounter on either side. AV Adds at specific HP totals + need to use the temp power for heroes. Adds + AT specific temp powers for villains IIRC (haven't done Cuda in awhile).

He's not even an Archvillain. He has is own damn class he's that much a sack of HP.
Rommy is a standard AV with his Nictus flavour pets that make him harder. Still a fun fight and allows for tactical mechanics.
Recluse, once you beat down the Towers in STF, goes down like anything else. That doesnt stop it being fun.
The Phalanx are all Hero class, so that makes it challenging. Doesnt make it not fun.
Reichs NEEDS temp powers to take him down, has the mother of all endless, anti-stealth homing ambushes that WILL chase you to the map entrance and spawn on top of you in the tunnels, AND he hits harder than States AND he has double if not triple the HP of any other thing in the game.
He's the bleedin' epitomy of 'The Computer is a Cheating *******'.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

I did this TF last night for the very first time, on a db/wp scrapper, and I had a ton of fun. Yes, we had at least two close or full team wipes, just in that last encounter. But ... we still pulled through, and made it anyway. Plus, once half my team was unconscious, and then the tank fell, and *I was the last one standing actually fighting him*, I felt *GLORIOUS*.
Yes, he ko'd me a few moments later, but it was still full of awesome. Its a tf I will eagerly do again. It felt *challenging*.

FWIW, I think the Khan version is balanced about right. The Cuda version though tends to drag on too long.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

The biggest shortcut on Cuda, is the second mission. After you take care of Mueller's Ambush. Have some tp the team to a safe spot near Numinas room.
Funny thing, Mueller does not teleport with you, but shows up for the cut scene.

And even if the answer to that is "No, I love stuff like that." Can you not see how some players would enjoy difficult content that they have to practice and learn?
