Crazy long loading time...

I am, too.
In fact, once I force quit out of the "loading" graphic and reloaded the patcher and started verifying files to see if that could fix it. About 10 minutes later the login screen for the first loading graphic popped up... even though I had a second patcher up.

I noticed this after installing the Catalyst 1.11 drivers tonight, didn't have this issue before.

Yeah, when I logged in last night after updating, I thought the game had crashed as well.
It happens on my computer and @Anasthesia's as well.

It's persisted with 2 different driver sets, as well.
Things to remember:
-Common sense ain't;
-Overkill is the only kill;
-If someone asks if you're a god, run away.
I'm also having this problem, I actually managed to cook a quick dinner in the time it took to get past the "Loading" bar.

Same here. Saw this on two different computers. Took around 4 minutes to load into the login page when I actually just let it go and watched TV for a bit.
Main Character: Ice/Storm/Ice Controller (Justice, 1340 badges)
What's odd is once I get past the new 4-6 minute loading and actually log in, the game seems to be about the same as it was before in terms of mapserve loading.

oh thank God.... lol I thought it was something that only I was going through. I also DLed the newest Nvidia drivers Monday or Tuesday. Could they be the problem?

Seeing the same, and longer mapserver loading times. Seems laggy in general. Also crashed 4 times in a row during a Mothership Raid - likely rare alpha slot related from another player though the character I brought to raid was only level 48.

Same here.
nVidia card and same here. Extreme 'Loading' time since patch.
Pinnacle & Virtue:
A bunch of Heroes - Alpha Team, Legion of Order.
A bunch of Villains -Black Citadel , Pinnache.

Also experiencing this problem. Came back after a long break last Thursday, and experienced no lengthy load times. Following the patch yesterday, load times have trebled if not more.
While servers aren't back up yet, I downloaded and applied the hotfix patch and it corrected any loading issues into the login screen I was having before yesterday.

Still having long load times. I applied the hot fix as well ;(. I guess I will do a full file check next.
