If YOU were limited to only ONE Incarnate . . . .
what Archtype and Power Sets would you go with, and why?

I am trying to decide which archtype and power set combo from among my 50's to focus on for my first Incarnate. I am leaning toward my Stone/Fire/Pyre Tank but would sure like to see what others think.

Well, I haven't gotten any character past 36 yet, but I'd probably push my Sonic/Rad defender there... she's been my most consistently fun solo character and a good group contributor too.

Not sure what Incarnate slotting to go with though... Not sure if I should aim toward Spiritual Core Paragon and try and get perma-AM (if it's possible... I've not dived into the maths) along with the benefit of extended Sonic stun and a better heal AoE, or the Musculature Radial Paragon and cheese out debuffs plus a sweet general damage boost. I should look up if perma-AM is possible right now and if it's doable without purples before deciding, probably...

Ooooh, that's a tough one. I would probably go with either the radial cardiac tree for my DP/TA corruptor or I'd wait until my crab hit 50 and then go with him as my only alpha character.

My MFing Warshade, hands down. Spiritual tree. MOAR recharge.

I have more fun playing him than any other character and he stands to gain a lot from the incarnate abilities.

I'm in a similar boat. Quite a few 50s to choose from lol. I'm thinking initially my nrg/nrg blaster: my first 50 so its got that sentimental attachment goin on, and I enjoy playin it. Plus, more damage on a blaster!

Probably would be my BS/DA scrapper, which I just got softcapped to all positions again.

Either that or my main, a Claws/Regen scrapper.

Or possibly my Rad/Sonic defender. Or my Sonic/Devices blaster. Or my Fire/Fire blaster.

Or maybe my DM/SR brute.

Those are my 6 50s, so it would likely be one of them. That's a really tough question, My enjoyment of each of them varies depending on my mood, so I could end up choosing one to be my Incarnate and end up regretting it later.

My Fire/Rad troller. She's my main, my badger and all that. Although my Fire/Fire/Fire blaster just hit 50, and she is such a reckless bats#!t ball of fun to play, she is a hot (no pun intended) contender.

18 level 50s to choose from: No question for me that my Illusion/Radiation Controller goes first with the Spiritual tree.

My Fort/NW hands down. It's the only character I'm devoted to playing more than a few hours, and I would love some of that delicious recharge and resistance buffage.

Plus when Judgement is out, I'm going to need my "Hammer" to stack with Psychic Wail stun.

Definitely my main. He's an Ice/Fire Tanker that, once i19 goes live, will be respec'd to Ice/Fire/Soul. (Oh, and Spiritual Tree ftw!)

Crab spider of course. He has noteworth endurance issues on live and the cardio bonus is right up his alley.

Definately my fort. He is the most fun all round toon for me and a legend in my own mind.

Wow, tough question there. I've 5 50's that I play pretty regularly and 16 (as of two nights ago) total.

I'll narrow things down to my favorite 50 of each AT; this would cut my decision down to:

Tanker - CMA, Inv/Stone
Controller - Nameless Phantom, Ill/Rad
Blaster - Delta Farce, Fire/EM
Scrapper - Sword of Damocleve, BS/Shield
Defender - Dusk till Dawn, Dark/Dark

That only cuts things down to 5 choices though... cutting it further really depends on what my buddies decide to do. Local Man's going with his Ill/Rad, another will undoubtedly pick one of his umpteen scrappers and I haven't a clue what the others will do. Realistically I'm probably looking at either CMA or Nameless Phantom with some possibility of Damocleve. Since I seem to be known for tanking that probably means CMA would be most likely.

I've got three characters I plan to Incarnate: AR/Dev Blaster, Traps/AR Defender and Bots/Traps Mastermind (are you noticing a trend?). The two Trappers will definitely go for the Spiritual tree (because what Trapper can't find a use for more recharge) while the AR/Dev will go either Spiritual or Musculature (recharge is nice for more AoE goodness but it's less generically useful for him than for the other two).

If I could only Incarnate one it would probably be the Traps/AR since he's the one I enjoy playing the most on teams and is a lot of fun solo as well.

I'd second the "If I could only have one, it'd be my Warshade."

Though, knowing me, it'd probably *actually* be my first 50, my elec/elec blaster. Since I do try to run through everything on there.

Crab spider. From all my years of playing this game I've concluded that pound-for-pound he's the best build for *ME* in this game.

Against my better judgement I am still going to do my Stalker twins.

They are my theme characters, and fully kitted out.
Thankfully they are AOE based (Spines and Electric Ninjitsu) so I should be able to beg my way onto TFs and solo farm effectively.

Dang. 20 50s to choose from. It took some thinking but I'm gonna have to go with Riez my BS/regen scrapper. I haven't updated his build in a while this is perfect time to. I will be using the spiritual tree, of course.

For me, it'll be my main and namesake, which is currently a KIN/WP Stalker. I've enjoyed this combo a lot.

My suggestion would be go with the character you find the most fun for you to play and pick that one.

However, that said, it should be that hard to get yourself into the Uncommon Slot, in the first day, if the drop rates are going to be the same on live as they are on test).

My Dark/Dark/Dark Def and my FM/FA scrapper. I'm undecided which trees I'll choose yet though as I'll have to see how they run with a couple of new powers in each once stamina is inherent.

My Electric Armor/Super Strength Tanker, and I'd go Spiritual Tree

A year ago, it would probably have been my "main", and first 50 (fire/kin), but these days the one character I have more fun playing than any other is my latest 50 (Shield/Electric tanker). Hands down, he's the one I'm putting all my cash into in terms of IOs, and he's the one that I'll take down the Incarnate path first.

Bathory Erzsebet - My main Villain and my first toon. She will always be on top of all powers to be gained in this game. A Necromancy / Dark Miasma / Soul Mastermind.

For some reason even though she is a mm she uses a lot of End. Probably because of my aggressive debuffing way to play. Cardiac will give her END/DAMRES and the rare later even adds to her FEAR.
