My name´s Eduardo and i´ve been a player of coh for over 3 years, i have 5 accounts (edujam, edujam1, edujam2, edujam3 and edujam4) i have also 2 aion accounts (edujam and edujam5) i really like the games and products but i have a complaint that bugs me for years.
Brazilian´s customers CAN´T buy packs or expansions , in this case going rogue, from NCsoft store cause it´s said that for us brazilians we need to buy from local retailer, in the case level up games.
The problem is level up games don´t sell packs or upgrades, after many complaints they start doing changes.

But they only sell wedding, cyborg, good vs evil and the 30 days of jet pack
No science, no ninja not anything, and now no going rogue.
I´ve been doing things that i shouldn´t to buy those products like asking friends to buy to me or passing them my credit card number, but thats an absurd and i wont do it again.
If you don´t take a definite solution to this problem ill cancel my 5 accounts and 2 aion accounts, cause i can´t stand that no more.
Hope you keep doing the great job you always done but or exclude level up games from your retailer or sell both on ncsoft store and level up games

i recently open a ticket 100304-003225 about the NCsoft partner in Brazil Level up games not selling adds or going rouge, ticket was closed (03/05/2010) with the promise of solving the problem but nothing has been done so far. It hurts me a lot but i´m quiting the game and i hope the Brazilian community do the same. I have 5 accounts, which means around $70 dollars a month that i pay to subscribe a game that allows other players to have dual pistols and deamon summon, but i can´t, even if i want to pay for that, if thats a partnership between level up and ncsoft to make us leave, its really working.
Having nothing else to say, ill post this on the foruns regarding this issue with the version in portuguese.

Eu recentemente abri um ticket 100304-003225 a respeito da parceira da NCsoft no Brasil Level up games não vender os pacotes adicionais e o going rouge, o ticket foi fechado em (05 de março de 2010) com a promessa de resolver o problema, mas nada foi feito. Me dói dizer mas eu estou deixando o jogo e espero que a comunidade brasileira faça o mesmo. Eu tenho 5 contas o que significa perto de R$ 140,00 por mês para assinar um jogo que permite outras pessoas terem dual pistols e deamon summoning, mas eu não posso, mesmo que queira pagar para isso, se essa parceria da NCsoft com a level up tem o objetivo de nos fazer sair, acredite está funcionando.
Não tendo mais nada a dizer, estou postando no forum com a versão em Inglês.

I love the boosters would just love to be able to take part. Unfortunately have to be at work during the hours of the contest. Maybe think of better ways to do giveaways so that more people can participate?

A previous competition where the code was the result of a puzzle was great though, as regardless of when the code was accessed, everyone had a chance of winning so long as the code wasn't solved.

I don't know if NCSoft thinks we actually find these kind of "Throw a bone on the ground and let the dogs fight over it" contests fun, or what. Or maybe it's just a few indiviuals like me and Tenzhi who don't find them fun, and the majority of forum-goers love them. I just don't see why there can't just be a normal "enter your name and win at random" giveaway; maybe it's too much work, or maybe it's a legal issue.
Anyway, good luck to those who try.

I managed to snag a Praetorian Clockwork costume off of Twitter this way. It's actually pretty fun to do it if you have access when the contest is running! Even with all the costumes I missed getting it was still fun to try. I'll probably just wait and buy this one, though, since Wednesday is my busy day.

Sounds like a fun contest, but I am a little confused. It says for the NA people it starts 4pm est and ends 8pm est, that's 4 hours and they are giving away 2 an hour so that is only 8 codes, when they say they have 10. Am I missing something, or am I just paranoid again (dang I must keep remembering to take my meds :P ) So what are they gonna do with those lonely 2 codes?

City of Heroes® Super Booster V: Mutant goes on sale at the NCsoft store on June 24th. But you could have it for free, BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!
On Wednesday, June 23rd, we're giving away 10 free North American codes and 10 free European codes that you can use to unlock City of Heroes® Super Booster V: Mutant on your account, before it even goes on sale!
It's not too complicated...just keep your eyes on one of the following City of Heroes® communication channels: Message Boards (City Life - CoH & CoV General Discussion for U.S. players and The European Lounge for European players), Facebook and Twitter. We will randomly release two codes an hour (anytime within that hour) on those channels. Even we won't know which channel each code will go up on until we randomly pick it out of the hat, so be on the ball! Both codes for the hour could go out on the same channel or different ones...we'll all find out on the 23rd! Its first come, first served... so when you see a code simply be the first one to claim it by applying it to your account and it's yours! You will be the envy of everyone in-game as you run around adorned with all the Mutant-tastic goodies that no one else can get their hands until the next day!
Here's how to try and claim a Super Booster V: Mutant code once we start releasing them:
Please note: You MUST have an active City of Heroes game account in order to apply a code!
We will begin with our European friends and will start releasing Super Booster V: Mutant codes, two per hour on the Message Board, Twitter or Facebook, starting at 5:00 p.m. British Time (18:00 Central European Time) until around 10:00 p.m. British Time (23:00 Central European Time). Then, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (4:00 p.m. Eastern Time), we'll start giving away North American codes every hour until about 5 p.m. Pacific (8:00 p.m. Eastern Time). Please remember that US and EU codes are not interchangeable!
