That's odd... I could have sworn I reported it on test and the forums...

Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.
With all of the hullaballoo over the booster giveaway, did we forget that the patch announcement says there will be patch notes posted after the downtime? Here it is, several hours after the downtime is over, and there are no patch notes here on the forums or on the official site. I think the OCR folks got caught up in the giveaway fervor.
I mean, I know I can go to the test forum and look at those notes, but it's nice to be able to link official, live notes to people who are asking about today's patch. Instead of directing them to potentially old information, as things may have been tweaked between when test notes were posted and the live version applied.

I was wondering the same thing actually.
What is not good is they said 1pm PST for the give away and they have only giving away one and its is now 3pm pst and still nothing more. Also the 1st one they gave away said it was the 3rd North American Code. 
K3zzit, they posted 2 codes in the 1 o'clock hour and 2 codes in the 2 o'clock hour. The codes can be posted on Facebook, Twitter, or here on the forums. You should read the OP, it has all the details.

I am very unhappy about the way this was structured. I actually saw the first of the NA codes, but it was taken by the time I entered it. I realized that I was competing with people with much faster reastion times than me, and just gave up. It left me feeling quite unhappy about the whole thing.
This ended up being a form of PvP to get the codes, when they really could have just said 'be logged in on any of our servers from X to X times, and we'll send 1 or 2 lucky people per server the Mutant Pack code!'
No PvP stupidity, no giving people a rush of WOW, I GOT IT! followed by a no, I wasn't fast enough. This was executed poorly.

I would like to say sorry for your hurt feelings, but you are the one that brought it on yourself. You made a decision to try and play, now you have to live with the consequences of not winning.

Just an FYI the NCSoft Store is finally back up and you can purchase the Booster Pack! Happy Mutating!
