Obviously a very disturbed individual. It was his wife's decision, and freedom-loving Praetorian citizens should not have to suffer for his inability to cope with being dumped. He's a menace to society.

I'm on the Anarchist side myself, so really, "tail" will win every time.
Now admitedly I'm no expert, but he isn't even that hot looking.
Maybe if he looked after himself, got a replacement eye and that kind of thing he wouldn't need to carry out this cry for attention.
I pity the poor fortunata who has to re-educate him. It will be a disturbing task for her.
