Oh well I will not let the door slam on the way out.
Due to the recession i am having to sell my house so my COH sub will be up in April and i cannot see a single thing here that will make me resub.
Poor comunication,I 17 ultra mode for a pc i canot even afford and the slow carcass of the EU community slowly crawling on its elbows .
Going Rouge looks like it will not bring players back to the game or indeed entice new players.
Its been fun while it lasted and i shall miss you all .....

Think if you have to sell your house then keeping sub'd to a game is the least of ya worries!

Forgive me for not reading the whole thread, i take it there's been no comment from anyone after the 'We're letting the people who should know what we want, what we want' about the retail box? hell, releasing it on Steam would be good as well, with advertising as well!

To be honest I've no idea if I'll be getting GR until there's some sort of clarification about the server divide. At the moment I'm playing US side so I'm without any of the boosters or Vet Rewards I've earned / paid for, which is really annoying. I really don't think GR is going to do much to the EU in terms of long term population so I'm not prepared to risk 40 quid (no way I'm preordering, I'm nervous of a bait-and-switch given the lack of concrete GR info, although it would be out of character for Paragon Studios, but not for NCSoft) on buying a product which becomes obsolete after 12 months.
Carnifax got it right again.
None of them are getting my money until someone other than a representative acknowledges our presence, and then does something about it. It's a shame, quite a lot of EU players have got GR and if this incompetence, which is a friggin' compliment for you guys right now, continues and they don't server (EDIT*) list merge or transfer accounts there going to be bombarded with the Luftwaffe.

Yea Carnifax, by the post your touching some concerns that have again come up. I want to buy GR, I really do. My reason for not buying it on prepurchase though is more the: I want more stuff do to when GR comes (Then I can start my DP or Demon summoner in Preatorea).
Well that is one of the concernes.
My other concernes are well, made more in the post "We are one" (see sig).
But you touched on it with your post Carnifax.
Without a good shelf presence in the EU, GR will mostlikely not bring in that much players for the EU community. So when will the time come when the Devs (I say Devs, but thats not quite true)... errr the Responsible ones come to question: What to do with the EU server.
Shut them down (like the Korean ones), Give a passport possibility (back) to the US, Merge EU servers (EWWW NO), Merge EU servers with US servers (Could work, but more work I believe then,
Server list merge (Equal rights for all players. Same amount of servers for everyone to make chars on with equal amount of char space, more players for Betas, no more Eu and US community, but ONE community. Ok there will be some hassle with changing global names, but hey we keep our vet badges, booster pack, everything we have paid for. Even local names for the servers where we still play)
Edit: (seeing Wondering Furys post) no.. not server merge! Don't give them a thought about that. Server LIST merge
