Given that i have met the player in question 2-3 times as they come home for x mas to their parents maybe 8 miles away it will take a fair bit for me to re sub.

I have been concentrating on doing stuff around the home , my family and another forum linked to my preferred way to commute the 10 miles each way to work...

Yes its a fond farewell to COX for me, what with work being very hectic we are doing 2 hours overtime a day for the foreseeable future then at the weekend i am spending extra time with mini CK to make up for it .

Upshot is i do not get time to log in and play for any meaningful amount of time , i might get 20 mins a day so i do not ask for teams etc as it would just be annoying to regular players.

Gamma Base was in attendance at Omega Sektor so it would be great to attend another event and brum /Nottingham are only up the road ish for me.

So true i used to be a right tosser till i became a dad , suddenly the fact that i haven't got a team for a week does not seem important compared to the fact that some one is depending on me for everything .

Had a very similar experience on LGTF the other week, i was on a lvl 50 troller slotted with mid expense IO sets to get perma hasten and got an invite so i went along.
The tank was continually cursing at people and was annoyed when the hostage did not die on the 1st mission and he faceplanted with the clock king.

The 2 starter members obviously had a plan yet did not bother to tell anyone else, just moaned a lot if thing did not go to their plan,then after the 1 st mission completes they decide to restart for some reason?.
I left leaving their granite tank on go -slow mode

I have been here longer than my Avatar suggests..

Originally got the game on import when it came out and played maybe for 6 months but left as due to the odd times i worked there was maybe 2 teams in all that time.Left to play neocron until EU beta came out and have been here ever since.

Now working shifts which mean combined with family i get 2 weeks a month where i get no where near the game,considering canceling sub if the EU servers get any worse for teams.

Try using the EU servers, sounds like what i suffer with on a constant basis.

The connection to the german based servers has been well documented as poor yet we still have to live with it.
All the problems i am having in game i suspect shhh ! are down to the crappy connection we get here.

I am managing to get the keep semi playable running on minimum gfx settings so i only get the occasional sound loop that freezes the game momentarily.
the sound seems to happen a few seconds after the visual effect.

Still get random slowdown /freezes in game.

Support have got me to rerun cohadvisor.

Just built my Perma PA today .............

Damn expensive but the inf was just sitting there waiting to be used ,only cost 1.8 billion..

Probably true i built my fire/kin very cheaply before i had much inf and although it may not be uber it is still fast enough for me .

I must play odd then, my fire/kin is slotted to get as much recharge as i could get so i could get flashfire up every mob and if 2 mobs are close use cinders on closet and flashfire the further mob to prevent to imps aggroing to many .

Pity there is not a program to pull your build out of coh into mids or i would post it .
Suffice to say i used my fire /kin to make the inf for my perma PA build that local-man posted.

All of the above is happening to me.

Game Freezing

And support telling me to run the pc with nothing else on the pc.

All to no effect

Last night i was running on minimum settings and the game was still freezing up and using all available memory.

Running 3500 xp cpu,2 gb ram on a router plugged directly into the pc.
Windows xp serice pack 3.

gets a lot worse in teams where i assume load is greater.
