Wings made of fire that you could use to envelope people in, and fly as well, obviously. That would be nice.

Pretty much like Lift and Telekinetic Thrust but without the flashy graphics. Maybe some minor glow but thats all.
Oh and Flash from Illusions for AoE attack. 
Now that would be perfection.

- however the game would immediately go up to an 18 rating. (and defeat the object of the arrest / defeat and supposedly be teleported to jail / elsewhere' scenario).
Powers that would in fact, create degredation of clothing's looks when hit, etc. if you're swiped by a sword, clothing should rip. at the end of missions you could pay a nominal fee of the inf gained on the mission to 'repair' your clothing, or continue for a while with it ripped till you DO repair it. OR change it so that at level 20 you change your costume, to the 2nd option and back again, to repair costume 1, for example.

Looks at that Knife Missile that's been following me around. 
Powers that have no visible effect of usage but do amazing things, eg the manipulation fields that a lot of the intelligent entities have in the Culture books (Ian M Banks).
Heck I like a lot of the powers that are in the game now I just wish you could switch off the stupid glowy lighting effects.

Vegetable melee. I'm thinking stabbing enemies with carrots, spitting tomato seeds, clobbering them with a well-placed marrow to the face, that sort of thing.
I'd like more types of punching, and some proper chops.

Powers forgetting game/engine limits?
A fortune/misfortune manipulation power letting you battle through pure luck - e.g. your foe goes to shoot you but trips over their laces and shoots themself.
Time manipulation (heck I always liked teleport - give me this and then Hiro clone ahoy).
Line swinging - partly to see if Paragon/RI install a network of skyhooks.
I'd love a power to leave my body and hop from foe to foe, controlling them and using their powers (kind of like Azazel in Fallen).
A power that allows me to independently send off dismembered parts of my body (see Clive Barker's 'The Body Politic') - mainly so I could try ghosting a mish by sending my head/eye off on my right hand (but not my left - left can't be trusted for such an important job).

Defiantly X-ray vision, so that I could located the last glowie/hostage/mob.
A close second would be a rope, to tie around the hostages neck so that he doesnt decide to wander off..

I like to see a light based set for Controllers or Defenders or Blasters.
And crossing the line a bit i want to see a new AT for heroes. Assault/Defense+control or buff type one with medium hp and high/medium damage. My first suggest for an Assault set is Pistols and Martial Arts mixture so i can make an Angel for myself.

I like a whole telekinetic set with a teir9 power which basically turns people into a pile of dust.
Oh and propper brawling mele set.

I do support this. Or simply add Dominators Assault sets to Defenders.

this is just to ignore the engine limits, just what if there was none.
what power would you like to see if it was possible?
IMO wall crawling would be the only one i like to see.
