Also receiving this pop-up dialog upon entering ArcID 96001. If you die and go to the hospital, then re-enter the mission you get a different dialog box, "You cannot enter."
Neither message actually stops you entering the mission.

Also (not sure if this is working as intended or not) the Advanced Drones in the Rikti War Zone (mission instances anyway) when destroyed explode at least three or four times before going away....somewhat annoying.

I've noticed this in MA created content as well. While fun to watch the fireworks show, it causes issues with any NPC allies set to follow. They won't move off until the explosion cycle ends.

Mastermind's special power in the last mish of Barracuda SF doesn't seem to work against Reichman.
Last mish of Cuda SF: way too many ambushes. If team wipes and returns, then there is MORE ambushes, plus an armada of 5th column in the machine room with Reichman.
In Darrin Wade's mission to rescue 6 hostages and defeat Sith'leen, for some reason the non-hostile hostages now follow you for a while rather than running for the door. After a minute or so, they'll turn around and bolt.
Extremely minor just...weird.
Things to remember:
-Common sense ain't;
-Overkill is the only kill;
-If someone asks if you're a god, run away.

Go into your "Missions" folder inside your COH directory. Create a new folder (call it "old missions" or something.) Move your current missions into it. Something in one of the old missions is causing the crash.
This happened during the MA beta with all the various updates and such, as well.
Add the missions back in, one at a time, until you find which one is causing it to crash - then just leave that mission out.
(It hit me, too. Fortunately, they were *older* missions, not the ones I was working on.)

Thanks for the tip, it worked. Fortunately it appears the problem wasn't with my published arc, or my finished but unpublished arc, which was a huge relief. I still need to retest both to make sure the changes to MA haven't screwed anything up in them though.
And speaking of testing MArcs - when I enter the MA mission stream in test mode, I get the message "Mission Completed."
It scared me at first, but everything worked fine in the first mission, so it seems like it's just a minor bug.

Annoying yes, but you can still right-click 'Info' to get the salvage recipe information.

It is not just recipes, it also affects crafted enhancements. I've only seen it in WW, though some have said it affects the ones in their tray as well.

I've had 2 crashes during AE mishes.
Arch/Kin defender
Justice
Atlas AE (different mishes)
Crashes occurred while I was buffing sb/density in the middle of combat (that's what I have to do when my team keeps running away from me, lol).
Just for the record, I nearly never experience crashes, yet have had 2 since i15 in the AE.
Also, weirdness in AE mishes. When entering the big pillar of green glow once mish has been set, popups will say "cannot enter", but then I will enter mish successfully.
Oh yes, and the detoggling upon zoning... have /bugged that yet again.

This was reported by others in Beta: There are no Longbow ambushes on the streets in Mayhem missions.
The bug where the hero wouldn't spawn in one mayhem was fixed, but the less serious bugs remain. I've tested most of the mayhems. Aside from the missing street ambushes, the ambush at the bank entrance doesn't spawn, nor do the ones as you attack the vault. Ambushes in side missions are spotty, appearing maybe once in three missions. I was able to get a Flying Death Squad to appear in the IP mission.

This.
Pinnacle Server, 10 to 11 pm Eastern Daylight Time. The repairman heals are uninterruptable. Used to be that if you killed them as they were drawing the tricorder, the heal was interrupted. Tonight, if you didn't kill them pretty much the second they spawned, they got their heals off. Made taking out a single tower impossible and I don't remember having this problem when I ran the same Task Force Sunday night before Issue 15 went live.

If you make a mission on the Grandville Beach map using the victory condition "Defeat All," the mission will never finish because it's considering the fires that are burning all over the map as enemies, even though you cannot attack them.
I tested this by using the new creator tools (great addition, btw) to "kill" each fire. Once they were all gone, the mission ended.
I've had this verified by about a dozen other people on Virtue, am hoping other people might be able to check it out as well. THe DJ Zero missions from Valentines, Defeat Snaptooth... go in deafeat the LT, he jumps in the ground and returns as a boss, defeat the boss, he jumps in the ground and returns as a 'friendly' EB. Nothing you do changes him from that status, not defeating the red cap ambush and wiping everything else on the map, Snappy just sits there looking at you funny.
Have reported this to support, they were less than supportive on the issue.

Did you describe it in ridiculous detail?
If not, support may not have understood you were talking about the game. They probably thought Snaptooth was your dog's name. Most of them have a hard time answering an in-game petition without the scripted "Is this the last mission of a Task Force?"
DETONATION IO: The 5th set bonus is gone! After bonus number 4, the two following bonus are marked as a 6 and they indeed both work only when you have the complete set slotted. So basically, five-slotting Detonation is not anymore giving the 1.88% AOE defense. I noticed it on my VEAT and he is missing the bonus in the RealNumber screen.

I think one of my characters has a Snaptooth mish lying around, I'll have to check this out. Were you playing a hero or villain? Solo? Team with heroes and villains?
I've verified on my own various people, an all villain team, an all hero team, a mixed team with a villain owning the mission and a mixed team with a hero owning the mission. All 4 teams the same thing happened, when Snappy would trurn to EB, he's become a friendly. Note: This is on 4 different characters that owned the mission, 2 villains, 2 heroes.

This is even more annoying than the bind petsayall that is no longer usable.
I have noticed that sometimes, when a baddie dies, he floats in the air for a bit before snapping to the ground. Also, the bodybags that the Vahz carry will float for a bit before disappearing after you have been detected.

This one is a severe PITA...
Also, the 'mouse-over' info for recipes in the Recipe Window is bugged as well, it seems/tends to only show the mouse-over details for last recipe that was 'selected'. And, that having more than one (or maybe two?) recipes "expanded" messes with the "mouse-over information" as well...
