Color customization and you?

If we can change the color of spine scrappers' thorns, then I'll be ditching the "bananas" as soon as I can login.
Other than that, I have usually been taking the existing power colors into account when designing my characters. I might try different colors on different costumes, especially those costumes which reflect "powering up". The new color choices will probably be most useful to me when creating new characters.

Never mind color, I'd be happy if we could simply swap the scrapper spines with the plant thorns. Might actually be able to play a spines scrapper.

I expect every one of my characters with the Pink Pom-Poms of Doom will be getting those changed.
Other than that, it depends on exactly how it's implemented.
If it's just a list of pre-selected choices for the entire powerset, it'll depend on the choices.
If it's the full range available in the Costume Creator . . . the possibilities boggle the mind. And if it's for individual powers, I don't know [how long] it'll be until I actually play the game again!
Captain ZZapp's getting blue-white lightning.
ATARU (AR/NRG Military Combat Robot Prototype) is getting the brightest red effects I can give him.
If Archery/Trick Arrow can color the arrows (which would surprise the heck out of me), Jade Dart's going to have actual green arrows.

If it's individual powers..? Wow...
Libertine Lass would be rerolled. She was my 'All American' heroine. Born on the Fourth of July she flung fireworks at enemies. I'd totally alter every fire blast power to a different color.

it depends on to what degree we can customize the powers cosmeticly.
well we pick a prevailant color for our characters that everything filters through?
will we be able to choose a seperate color for either power set?
could we even reprogram each and every powers color and special effect seperately?
and will we get a primary and secondary color on powers the same as we do with costumes?
i know on my Invul/SS tank i'd love t ocompletly turn off all vfx.
where as on an energy/rad corruptor i have i'd love to make the blasts red/black and the rad purple/blue.
Everything will become Octarine.

Weirdly, I'm not planning at this time to change any particular colors on anything, though I'm sure I'll fool around with it a bit. I do look forward to having more customization options on new characters, though.
I won't be changing much, maybe the pom-poms on my /em blaster. My mind/psi dom will be sticking with the classic pink, it just fits perfectly.
Oh, and they had better not change everything to octarine, otherwise anyone who isn't magic origin or a catgirl/boy will have a pretty bland game.

You know after going through this, I see why power customization was put off for so long, some powers just wouldn't seem right being another color... Pain Domination Blue? Dark Miasma Green? Hot Feet Pink?
But either way it would still be cool, I'm going to have Lime Green Imps, Purple Hot Feet and Blue flames on my hands from Fire Cages.

I'm gonna be changing my Brute and Dom's lightning to a navy blue/black.
I want to change my Scrapper's Energy Torrent and Laser Eyes to green. Like necroplasm.

I'm going to be "that guy" who uses the new tailor to have my one fighter turn from a normal guy to a Huge guy.... But it will be a Legendary Super Saiyan transformation, complete with recoloured Blue fire attacks! Ohhh there will be armies of us!!
In all seriousness I'm looking forward to recolouring my Spines/Regen scrapper! Hopefully we'll be able to get new Spines colours, maybe greenish so that it looks toxic... and I plan on making my Green Regen powers almost non existant if at all possible.
