Welcome.

I like both, but if I had to choose it would be WS. Nothing like death from above by a herd of purple fuzz bunnies
Spines/ D A lvl 50 Scrap, stone/wm lvl 50 tank, Kat/reg lvl 50 Scrap
Grav/Kin lvl 50 Cont, Fire/Enegry lvl 50 Blast
Warshade lvl 50, PB lvl 39, nightwidow lvl 50, crab lvl 42
plant/thorns lvl 50 dom, ice/fire lvl 40 dom, grav/nrg lvl 41 dom

I've always been in the PB camp.
While I think the purply WS looks slightly better, visually,
the PB playstyle has always appealed to me more, and
I find it much more fun to play, overall.

SIDE NOTE: Has anyone else noticed an increase in the number of new Khelds running around? I don't know what's up but I'm lovin' it

It probably has a lot to do with all the new 50s from the good ol' comm officer farm days. Let's hope they don't play as poorly as the farmed 50's do.
On that note, I prefer WS's, mostly because they're a bit more dynamic and don't have end issues after 22.
I agree with FourSpeed. I think that the cool purple energy blasts that the Warshades have look better, but I MUCH prefer flight over teleport, and I'm not too keen on the WS heals and rez powers being dependant on having enemies around. So.....I gotta cast my vote for the Peacebringers.
I have a PB, but i really wished I went with a WS. Pbs are fun and all, but as mentioned earlier, their powers are basically borrowed from scrappers and blasters. WS just seem more unique
I have to say, so far I like my warshade more. I know their both good, but my warshade felt more powerful at low levels too. Also got tools to deal with quants and voids faster.

Warshade for it's sheer potential.
While Peacebringers would seem to match my playstyle and preferences more, the sounds, brightness, KB and the rather cut and paste powersets turn me off.
I love my WS. it's suffer more than PB in the earlier lvls but and the end lvls it's really a good jack-of-all-trades, with the 2nd build option you'd be ready for everything in only one character.
WS >>>>> pb
I'm a PB supporter. Love the WS and my faux controls, but PB is the best of worlds for me really. I do wish though as are only kind of unique power, Photon Seekers worked better.
I'm going to have to go with Warshade myself. The secondary effect on the attacks (slow vs defense debuff) means that simply by spamming attacks I can "destroy" the recharge speed of a targeted foe ... especially when slotting Pacing of the Turtle procs into almost every single power, for massive -Recharge stacking. It also means that weaklings don't "go far" when they try to run away, simply because of all the slows stacked on them. Makes for a nice bonus on teams where keeping the tanker alive helps everyone.
I definitely prefer the human form teleport to flight modes, since I can use Nova for flying without a problem, so again ... Warshade preference.
I also feel that the Warshade's combination of utility powers is "more useful" in being able to stealth+teleport through hazardous areas (both indoors and outdoors) so that I don't have to fight my way through everything if I don't want to. The Warshade also offers more "controller-y" powers in its arsenal, which also skews towards my preferences as well.
I prefer PBs. I like the playstyle better. It's much more straightforward, and doesn't rely on big mobs in order to boost its power.
Too many alts to list.
I prefer the WS; its got a bigger bag of "utility tricks", I think, and the steamroller of destruction once it gets rolling is quite nice. Its great on large PvE teams, though falters a bit against AVs since its tricks start wearing out after a couple of minutes and it becomes just a hovering blaster.
The PB has me looking more then the WS at taking power pools, which tells me its AT powers aren't that great. I am also constantly annoyed by my inability to take Recall Friend. It has a bit more to do in an AV fight since it has a fairly good friend heal and can heal itself a couple of ways without needing foes around, in addition to its ability to slot Achilles -resist debuff IOs. If I enjoyed solo melee style play, I think it would be preferable but I prefer teams. It may also have an edge if you go strictly humanform, I had a friend who soloed his to 50, mostly on Invincible. As a note, he likes a challenge.
I like the light-based powers of the PB better for visuals. But I like the sucking-souls-out-of-dead-enemies aspect of WS powers.

I like fighting melee and tanking, so naturally, I prefer Peacebringers.
Warshade for teaming. PB for fun soloing.

I play human only WSs and PBs.
WSs need defeated baddies to really shine; your pets, and some of the self regen and recovery powers are dependent on defeated baddies. If you are battling masses of Lts and minions there is nothing like a WS; they are the lawnmower and the baddies are the grass. The one drawback is a solo human WS has more trouble with an EB in a mission. Often the pets have faded and your end and health are running low, and with no defeated baddies nearby, you can have . . . difficulties.
A human PB is much more straight forward. You have some of the blasting and melee abilities of real blasters, but have many of the survivability tools of a scrapper; ie various defences, resistances, and self heals. And none of your abilities are dependent on defeated baddies, so Bosses and EB's are less of an issue. But I don't think a PB can handle large numbers of minions and Lts anywhere near as well as a WS.
Of course there are all the issues with Voids, cysts, Tri-Form build, Dual-form build, lack of human form mez resistance, teaming vs soloing, that make Kheldians complex and interesting. But those discussions kind of mask the simplist and most direct comparision of WS vs PB that I could think of.

If the devs would fix the PB knockback by changing it to knockdown, PBs would rock in every way.

5 Stars right here!
I prefer the more active playstyle of a WS. They also come with a grab bag of utility powers to make things even more interesting. My two Warshades, the tri-form especially, are simply the two most engaging characters to play that I have.

I don't have a PB but I do have a WS. I really enjoy playing my WS on a good medium to large team. Get on a team with him with a Kin/* or */Kin and some sort of other buffer (thermal or FF or Sonic) and it's aaaahhh yeahh... I love using my "EBB" power (Explodey Body Boom; ie Unchain Essence) on a huge group of mobs Mmm...a nuke without the end drain on me!
My 'Shade is lvl 49 atm and recently respec'ed him into Inky Aspect (the PBAoE disorient)...that's very nice especially on teams!
I'm probably going to make a PB...but we'll see.

To me, the PB is the ultimate blapper. Can solo, can team, can do a lot. You deal vast amounts of damage but usually to a solo target.
To me, the WS is the ultimate AoE. Can solo, can team, can do a lot. You deal vast amounts of damage to multiple targets.
PB for me. honestly from day one of my PB almost 3 years ago i felt it was tailor made for my playstyle. i like to solo. my favorite toons were blasters and tanks. all of my toons do extremely well solo as does the PB. and i prefer consistent dependable power output that dosent revolve around how many baddies are around me.
my PB is my main and still the most played toon i have. hes kinda spoiled it for the rest of the ATs. even my crab.
I love my PB it was my fastest toon to 50 and the added flight at level one is huge perk. I dont like forms so having to take nova to get flight for warshade has made him set at 26 for over a year. PBs are like blasters with some good hitpoints and shields and heals for you and ally.
