I said change. I've got no problem with speeding up. Wish they'd speed Spine Burst up, makes it kinda useless in a fast paced group when I can just spam trow_spines.
-
Better not change my Impale and Ripper animations.
-
Make them like Horus from the comic. Complete with green aura.

I'd love to see BFR made useful. Such an awesome animation for a rather meh power but I don't know I'd like a snipe in Ice. Especially when the snipe changes aren't set in stone.
I can definitely get behind Ice Blast getting it's old cast time back. I've felt the increase rather ruined the wonderful fluid ST chain I loved about Ice. It turned me off enough that I rarely play my Ice Blast characters anymore and even contemplated dropping the power but I knew I'd be gimping myself even further. Worse, it seems as if theres an unnecessary pause after the animation like Fire Blast had.
Something else that should be looked into would be Bitter Ice Blast. I'm not a numbers guy but if all tier 3's are normalized to 80ft., would BIB at a 12 second recharge be on the proper damage scale considering it would be losing it's 10ft advantage? Still leaves the -tohit but the standard tier 3 others set use are on a 10 second timer. Granted, BIB does a bit more damage but is it enough? -
I have no doubt TDK will win in terms of revenue. I personally am favoring TDK over Avengers but I'll likely see them both. The only movie I haven't seen out of that series is the Hulk as I really, really don't like the character. Iron Man was cool, didn't like the end of Thor and as much as I try to root for Captain, it just felt like it was missing something. I'm also betting Downey will steal the show with one-liners.
Versus two very good Batman movies. I don't care for Catwoman but I expect Hardy to make an excellent Bane. He should certainly be able to literally fill the role if you've seen Warrior. -
On the old website, there used to be a daily/weekly screenshot on the homepage for all to see. I believe they were player-submitted and taken from all aspects of the game and posted at the Devs discretion. I kind of miss it and would like to see it back again.

Gonna be the negative nancy and chime in that my own recent experience with /EA is abysmal. I rolled a STJ/ Scrapper and decided to try /EA since I haven't played it since beta. It's been nothing but a pain since the start. Sitting at 25 now and even soloing missions seems far too difficult. My difficulty is still +0/x1 -.- Really thinking about rerolling because the damage doesn't seem bad but it's like shields are turned off and I'm constantly starving for end.
The Spines/Ice Stalker I made, however, is destroying everything. The only time I have a bit of trouble is against E/N damage since I'm only 26 and haven't gotten the shield yet.
Both characters have a full set of ATO's, Perf +10 end and the steadfast def. -
Great, just what we need, more dog frames...because we don't have enough as it is. I'd have thought you squeezed this for every penny already but apparently not. City of Heroes: Dog Impound, the next expansion.

I'll toss another vote in for Fire/Kin and paired with Stone ancillary. SS/Fire does ok without Inventions but unless your fighting specified damage types, you may have difficulties in certain areas. Fire/Kin is self sustaining out of the box.

In a game ruled by AoE, I don't miss my DM/Reg at all. Interesting powerset, effective single-target however I felt DC was a bit redundant on a Regen. SD also pairs better with a secondary better able to make use of that +damage.
-
I'd be more worried about Tankers than Scrappers. Scrappers are my preferred melee AT for soloing because I often afk, come back and do the same damage as I was, no ramp up required. The new Crit ATO makes their damage even more boosty. I think the only Brute I don't mind playing in any situation is my SS/Fire, which is just a tad ridiculous. Apart from Brute Foot Stomp and Spin, I don't really miss them.

He found out the last known location of the gang. Assuming he had killed Rick, he'd probably take control of the group and go after them. Randall also solidified his place not as an unwilling participant of the gang but happy to be a part of it with his last words.

Dale is dead, Dale is dead, whoopy kyay, Dale is dead!
Bit disappointing that Rick went from modern day Clint Eastwood in the bar and now all of a sudden couldn't put out Randall or at least be the one to put Dale out of his misery. If Hershel had any sense, he'd know operating on Dale would be futile for the simple fact he'd just turn, regardless of the outcome. Why risk infecting himself, too?
As for Randall, thought the episode dragging on to decide his fate was a bit pointless. If you tied me up, beat me and showed all intentions to kill me, if I got loose, I'd probably head straight back to round up the group. As others said, he would have spilled his guts without requiring torture if he was truly innocent.
The deer in the first season was shot with an arrow by Darell. You can see it sticking out. He'd been tracking it but the zombie found it first. Rather curious how a single zombie in an open field tackled a cow. I think Herschel said it broke through a fence but I could be wrong. Maybe it sustained some injury. -
If that's the case, Machamp could probably one-shot Reichsman.

Will there be Beef Jerky?

Flurry>Jump Kick>Brawl>Sands of Mu>Jump Kick

You guys remember the part at the end, when Michael Jordan like stretched his arm and got a slam dunked?
That was awesome. -
Stone Armor-First Brute I stuck with. Teaming was easy as the only other set that could hold up at the time was Invul. Too dependent on outside buffs, leaning on one power with too many drawbacks.
Dual Blades-Don't like being a ballerina that has to poop. Don't care for the sounds, either.
Dual Pistols-No balls. Didn't even make it to the tier 9.
Electric Blast. No balls. No tier 3 blast, pets suck and the PBAoE is mediocre.
Super Reflexes-All or nothing. And with IO's, other sets do the same thing with more adversity.
Kinetic Melee-Played it for a few minutes when beta'd and never again. Chirp chirp chirp. If I wanted to play a new version of EM, I want my pom poms to go with it.
Energy Melee-lol
Trick Arrow-Too many powers doing different things to achieve the same goal.
Poison-Recent changes didn't help. Still an underwhelming set that now multiple AT's can do mediocre with.
Sonic Blast-Hate the sounds, hate Shout most of all. Does hit like a truck, though.
Devices-Traps is a superior set. Not that I care to play that, either. Playstyle choice. -
Fortunata.
First 24 levels suck, though, imo. For all VEAT's. -
Quote:It used to use the very same animation. Then they 'balanced' Energy Melee.I wish Energy Melee was slightly revamped. Like, say, change the animation of Energy Transfer into the one Power Thrust uses.
And if anyone touches my Ripper animation, I'll /ragequit. Love that animation, just wish they'd make the sets longer animations have an appropriate damage mod to go with them. -
