Yep, That's right...I took Stone Armor for Minerals! Not because of what the power does but because it looks so kewl! And Kinetic Melee, I took for grins! And I'm having FUN! So, my problem is with epic/patron powers. I'm leaning toward more AoE. I have all the Stone Armors - Quick Strike - Taunt - Power Siphon - Burst - Focused Burst & Concentrated Strike. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Any set will give you better mitigation, which is my only regret with my Dark Armor/Fire Melee tank.

I just rolled a Dark/Fire Tank and I'm loving it! (lvl 20) But it seems to be lacking in mitigation. I love the AoE of fire but it seems I cant rely on my (great) heal alone. I don't think fire can kill everything fast enough to keep me alive if not enough enemies are around for my heal. I may be wrong but I would like to keep some DMG from coming in. I was thinking stone has a little AoE and mitigation but heavy on endurance. Could someome please help me with a secondary with AoE and mitigation? TYVM in advance!

Deceased Americans have been elected to Senate office, collected federal salaries, published popular music tracks, and served as spiritual guide to the living. Suffrage is due these long-suffering people.
I implore you to apologize publicly for your scathing words, and issue a statement that makes your positive stance on life-challenged citizens clear.
And if you do join the deceased, look me up, for I shall represent you. -

Demons & Zombies Blue-side!?!?...When GR goes live, I'm gonna have a really hard time seeing demons & zombies running around Paragon City! Granted, I'm a nobody and I'm not saying you shouldn't be able too. I'm just saying, I'm gonna be watching you! 8)

I would like to see a good build, StormyDarkness. I could not find anything remotely close to on the forum. I've been winging it. I'm not taking Atomic Blast because it changes the play style.

Exactly, I like to dance close to the fire! And all my attacking powers except for one are short ranged. I would like to be able to take a few hits. I really don't like jumping in and out. So, I went with sets in Tough and Sonic Dispersion (Impervium Armor), should I go a different route?

I wanted to try a rare build, Sonic/Rad/Dark Defender. It's never been FOTM and probably never will be. I just wanted hear from a vet or someone who have used/seen it. I am wondering if the build has potential to stand next to a tank to buff/debuff and fight. I'm lvl 38 ATM:
Sonic Barrier Neutrino Bolt Hurdle
Sonic Siphon Irradiate Health Combat Jumping
Sonic Dispersion Aim Stamina Assault
Disruption Field Cosmic Burst

Why is there no love for a Earth/Kinetic controller? I made one over the weekend (earth/kin/stone) and I'm just giddy over him! I have not had this much fun in a while! I admit my search-fu is not great but I did search and I only found threads on how great earth/storm. The threads were so good that I even thought about re-rolling midway but I stuck with and boy am I pleased! 8)

Blame Me: I am part of "The Problem"! ! I am an Alt-aholic meaning I have many toons that I like to play at random. And some of my toons have a easier time finding teams than others. I hate logging on and wasting time trying to find a PUG. I hate zone hopping/traveling to missions. I also hate joining a PUG just to have it fall apart in minutes. Did I tell you that I really hate cave missions!?! So, guys through out the week I just want to log on and beat up something up or set it on fire or both!
I evade the Noob/Vet chatter at all turns. I just want to play City of Heroes! I've heard alot of vets say how A.E. has broken the game, even while in an A.E. mission! Or I seem them standing inside the A.E. building yelling at the hologram - "A.E. Babies Go Home"! Or something to that effect. And most of them are "RIGHT"! I've seen alot of mid-level tanks without taunt! And some players have never been mezzed/held! Or even know what a timed mission is! LOL The truth be told...I respect my older 50's more, but I love my A.E. 50's the same! I'm part of the problem and I love this game!

I was told in-game to drop tough b/c it was pointless in Ice Armor and just to keep weave! I am trying to fit in Ice Epic's last two powers because of the dud power I have to take to get them! 8(
Also Why In The World Would I Take A Sleep Power (Frozen Aura)? Am I missing something here?
