I prefer WS due to the AoE capabilities of the AT, and IMHO the coolest powers.
WS for powers and cool animations.
PB for teaming because cosmic balance > absorption.

I actually prefer WS for teaming more than I do my PB... I can solo better with my PB, so I choose to team with my WS, do to the massive carnage a WS is capable of when facing large amount of enemies.

I like my PB mostly because they do alot better in PvP. My WS is mid 30s alot of fun, but prefer the PBs play style alot more.

I had a PB a while ago and I enjoyed him greatly. My impression has always been this, PBs are somewhat better for the people who want to solo because they are consistent in how much damage they'll do and how their powers will perform.
Based on what people have said WSs are much more fun because of more unique powers that are much more dynamic. Also, WSs can put out much more damage and such while on teams so It sounds like they're more fun on teams.
I like my WS for the danger and when I'm full of energy and looking for some intense action, and my PB for when I tire after playing with the WS. 
I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

I enjoy both my Kheldians equally but for different reasons.
My Warshade is terrific for large teams and Task Forces. There's nothing like a fully saturated Eclipse or Sunless Mire to make you laugh maniacally as you dole out some cosmic justice. Plus, the animations are ridiculously cool looking.
I grab my Peacebringer when I know I'll be facing particularly hard targets. A good Incandescent Strike to the head will take a chunk outta anything. Also, Peacebringers' steadier performance curve lets me focus a bit more on overall strategy.
SIDE NOTE: Has anyone else noticed an increase in the number of new Khelds running around? I don't know what's up but I'm lovin' it 
I love the auto fly from the PBs, and i hate the auto tp from WS. (i just hate tping). I enjoy my WS because of the awsome team interaction and speed, i enjoy PBs because they are pretty steady when in solo or teamed.

I love being a PB and WS. My PB is at 42, and my WS is at 47. The only problem with the PBs, and its a huge problem, is knockback. Several times I've sent tells to peeps trying to get in teams only to be told they don't want knockback (can't blame them). Can't use solar flare or radiant strike in teams or the next thing you see is the baddies flying over the horizon, and your team yelling at you.
If the devs would fix the PB knockback by changing it to knockdown, PBs would rock in every way.

Yeah, exactly.... The WSs knockback powers don't even seem to compare to the PBs knockback powers, when regarding to "distance flown." Not sure if this is even provable by numbers, but in my experience, this has almost always been the case. Then again, I'm always teaming with my WS and soloing with my PB--so, there's a high possibility that I might just always happen to have a 'troller on the team with me when I'm on my WS.

I like Warshades better. They have cooler looking powers and I can solo a heck of a lot easier than my PB who sits at 44 waiting to be leveled more.

Sometimes I prefer sneaking up and demolishing multiple faces at once, then ripping out purple puffballs of doom through the nostrils of said faces. Those times... WS.

I have played my WS in groups up until now, and find that I don't exactly know how to solo with her yet.
My PB is in a Level Pact with my girlfriend, who is also playing a PB.
My warshade was the powerhouse of the group. I put out steady damage, and have enjoyed her very much. Granted, other AT's can put out more 1-shot damage (Crits, Snipes, Nukes) I managed to keep the mobs health dropping at a constant rate.
My Dual PB experience has been much different. About the only time I am defeated is when I'm about to level up and I click on Self Destruct. We blow through missions like nobody's business, and having the three heals on us, plus the heal other, is really really awesome.
So, bottom line, which is better?
The Kheldian is better. I'm sorry I can't be more concise than that.

Warshades actually do something unique, Peacebringers tend to offer cut-back versions of existing powers.
My PB is better for solo'ing, WS much better for teaming. Really enjoy them both, but if I had to pick one it would be the WS. I <3 Eclipse and Mires.

I recently hit 50 for the first time on a hero, and have been wanting to make a Kheld for a long time now. I LOVE my new PB, and can't wait to roll a Warshade as well.

As I've been playing my new PB, I've been observing other Kheldians on the server and noticed that there seem to be more WS than PBs. I chose the PB because I like the theme behind it, but I'm wondering if the WS have more attractive bells/whistles (e.g., inherent TP). What do you all think? Which do you prefer, WS or PB? Why do you think one is better than the other?
