This is a myth... everyone knows that Tanks by definition have Taunt. "Tanks" without Taunt are actually Scrappers.

Oh great. Next you're gonna tell us you level pact two new alts and mito farmed them up to level 20 so you wouldn't have to suffer through the pre-travel and pre-stamina levels.

I just the other day ran a new character up to level 20 in a farm, in order to power past The Levels Of Agony. Guilty. Guilty as hell.
And I have to admit, its pretty damn sweet. Said character left the AE building at level 20 and is now doing normal stuff; but especially on END-heavy sets, hitting the fast-forward button to 20 is worth doing.
Now this is ok for me, a 3+ year vet. With someone new to the game, that's not so ok. But that is another thread; meanwhile my brand-spankin'-new level 20 is off getting her cape and getting some contacts. I'm happy.
I also had the courage to admit that in public. I am looking forward to a lot of moral outrage from forumistas who have secretly done the exact same thing - or worse - while they're in here complaining about other people PLing. Should be fun. 
Taunt is great on PvP builds otherwise, meh.
Infinity and Victory mostly
dUmb, etc.

this is exactly what i do as well. i never powerlevel my characters to 50 since i do want to actually play them.
but ill do anything to get past the pre stamina levels. its actually not the entire lvl 1-20 i hate.
lvl 1-10 goes fast and is fun.
but the trip from lvl 10-20 is pure torture.
the AE has been a blessing in allowing me to create new characters and get them all set up in their 20's nice and fast.
players have asked often for a way to create lvl 20 characters and skip the lower levels and it looks like the devs have given that to us....unintentionally i guess lol

I'll go you one better. I also PL my VEATs up to the vetspec. I dont feel a strong need to suffer through week after week of sub par powers to get acess to the character I want to play, thanks.

Blame Me: I am part of "The Problem"! ! I am an Alt-aholic meaning I have many toons that I like to play at random. And some of my toons have a easier time finding teams than others. I hate logging on and wasting time trying to find a PUG. I hate zone hopping/traveling to missions. I also hate joining a PUG just to have it fall apart in minutes. Did I tell you that I really hate cave missions!?! So, guys through out the week I just want to log on and beat up something up or set it on fire or both!
I evade the Noob/Vet chatter at all turns. I just want to play City of Heroes! I've heard alot of vets say how A.E. has broken the game, even while in an A.E. mission! Or I seem them standing inside the A.E. building yelling at the hologram - "A.E. Babies Go Home"! Or something to that effect. And most of them are "RIGHT"! I've seen alot of mid-level tanks without taunt! And some players have never been mezzed/held! Or even know what a timed mission is! LOL The truth be told...I respect my older 50's more, but I love my A.E. 50's the same! 
I'm part of the problem and I love this game!
