I'll second this. An official A-to-Z repository would be most welcome.

Do the devs ever look at the fun/ suggestions and ideas section of the forums? If so why don't anyone ever respond to what we really want?

Requiem is still in the Council, I believe.

As for my question, I'm curious about Blue Steel's Praetorian counterpart. Does he not have one? Was he accidently overlooked? Is he dead?

I apologize if this has been asked before...
I posted a topic in the Going Rogue Forum and completely forgot this topic was here. So, I'm going to ask... and if you feel the need, lock that topic.

Lore-wise, how do the Dark Powers in Praetoria work? Do they pull from the same 'Netherworld' as the powers on Primal Earth, or do they have their own? If they have their own, shouldn't they at least look different?
Is this 'Netherworld' a different dimension or an 'afterlife'?

This is probably a very nit-picky subject, I know. I'm just curious about it.

Why are the Arachnoids stated as being mentally devolved to animal levels and appear so in Warburg, but the Arachnoids in Grandville speak like every day people?

Were they created differently?

Officially what color are the glowy Vanguard weapons? I know the claws and bayonets that the Vanguard Sword use are bright green.

Would the Vanguard Sword/Katina/Claws and Shield that players have access be the same bright green color if indeed there ever was an NPC that used them?

And could you explain the official Vanguard regulations on armor coloration?

In the Base there is a great deal of variation between all the NPCs. Just how flexible are the regulations on color and armor usage?

Here's a bit of my own question in light of all this Praetorian invasion stuff:
Where the heck are the militaries of earth? Shouldn't they be quarantining Paragon City for the duration of the attack and moving citizens out even if they're completely powerless against the invaders?
How can a Seer be weak against a punch from an Incarnate character and yet apparently be immune to a gatling gun mounted on a low-flying A-10?

I apologize for being so nitpicky, it's just that we've only really seen shades of what Military tech and training is likely to be through Malta, Longbow, Arachnos (given that they are the state militia), the Vanguard, and the Paragon Police Department?
This is especially interesting to try to consider how the National militia must be in relation to the technological advances in-universe.

For example, it's mentioned that most heroes back during World War II could not defeat a Panzer tank. Flash forward and heroes find themselves regularly fighting foes who was, in their description, described as possessing both firepower and durability favorably compared to a tank.

And there are countless other off-hand mentions that just makes this subject very tantalizing.

I read all both the novels(web of archanos and freedom phalanx).

1. What is the agenda of the Well of Furies?
2. What does Sister Psyche see in Maniticore?
3. Will the Women of the Furies make a presence in the game? They seem to be from the time of Cimerora but in the WofA, they moved into the penthouse with Statesman. Also, what role will they play further in the story? The game portrays the well of furies as a sentient lifeform but in the book it was a passive instrument.
4. How is Positron financing his research? In the FreePha, he and Snapse didn't seem to be financially well off.
5. What's the story behind Recluse came to settle on Mako, Ghost Widow, Black Scorpion, and Scirocco as the foundation for his organization? How exactly and when did he take over Arachnos? He killed someone, right?

The answers to several of these questions are answered via game content, or--if you want to know "right nao", as the kids say--paragonwiki.com.

His lover, the Red Widow, killed the Weaver, the former leader of Arachnos.

Isn't Noble Savage the Praetorian Blue Steel?

I don't think Noble Savage is the Praetorian Blue Steel.

No, Requiem is Fifth Column. He's just hopping around time, hence why you face him and his Fifth Column soldiers in the ITF. It's also been stated he has temporal bunkers all throughout time. If he were Council then the ITF would be filled with Council soldiers instead.

Reichsman was able to step in and be leader because of Requiem's absence in present day Paragon City. So it's kind of like Requiem leads the Fifth that are travelling through time, while Reichs leads the ones back home. And with Reichs' level of power, I'm sure he could easily put someone like Vandal, who would be the logical choice to step in as leader, in their place.

Of the AVs in the Column/Council, I think the only one that's been identified as staying with the Council and not returning to the Fifth would be Maestro, as one of the lower level hero tip missions have Council soldiers discussing how Maestro wants to see the traitors in the Column finished.

On a trial related note, what's the precise story behind the Hamidon in the Abyss? I get the impression the Hami blueside is immobile within the Hive, but the Abyss badges suggest it used to be a Jurassic Park style tourist attraction. Such a thing definitely wouldn't happen in Paragon, so is redside Hami a clone, different manifestation of the same Hamidon, or what? I imagine Praetorian natives would be rather scared out of their minds if we had -two- Hamidons on the loose.

I have a question. We hear the mention of the "Nuclear 90" as a group of 90 children born around the world in a single year who all have a similar mutation that turns their hearts into natural fusion reactors. Fusionette is the one we hear about the most, and more than a few players have used this idea as backstories for their own characters. What year were the 90 all born in?

Judging by Fusionette, I'd place her at somewhere in her mid-20s, so my personal guess is 1986... since this also, by happenstance, lines up with another nuclear event, but that's my guess. Anyone know the actual date?

Imperious is Statesman but hundreds of years ago. That means Imperious, in the Cimeroran time line, is the current Incarnate of Zeus thus making him immortal. So where is he today? Did he die at some point in history? And don't you DARE say “That's a completely different time line.”

Well then.... Here's some things to bandy about. What do people from the Etoile Islands sound like? I imagine they speak English but with a slight French accent. Incidentally are the Etoile Islands recognized by the U.N.? Would the SoA be considered the standing army of the Islands?

Warrant (Power Loyalist contact, by the statue of Marauder) is the Praetorian Blue Steel so far as I know.

Except he isn't. Warrant's name is William Smith. Blue Steel's is Josh Young. Nothing in the storyline links them in any way, shape, or form. They don't act or even look similarly to one another.

Okay, here's one I've been wondering about while running the trials:

Is it just a coincidence, and a case of model/texture re-use, that all of the IDF Commanders have the same face as Cole? Or are they, in fact, all clones of the Emperor?

Might just be coincidence. Only the Olympian Guard are clones of Emperor Cole, and their faces are concealed.

They're super soldiers, so the serum they receive might alter their physical appearance to look like that of Cole's.
