It sounds cool but I would rather them wait to announce expansions/updates to the game when they can divulge more information about the features. I get tired of the Soon meme.

I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

That's a good question. I wonder if there will be any graphical updates to regular CoH/ CoV, like there were for CoH when CoV arrived.

I hope we can get some more server slots with this expansion. Yes I know we have 36, but some of us even have those all filled up.

Well, depending on EMPulse's definitions, it wasn't too far out to begin with - I asked how much a little early and "she" said "not very". Which, combined other bit, makes it sound like it was due today, possibly.

I kinda wonder about this too. Posi's mentioned that he's got a team "looking at a graphical update" for the game. For a drastic upscale in the FX, that could be wrapped into a purchasable expansion.

An astute observer noticed that if you hover over the "unsubscribe" link in the email that was sent on behalf of NCSoft about this release, that it mentions something about Issue 16. Given that information (this game would release in conjunction with a free I16 update) I'd expect to see it this fall or winter.

If you look at the URL for the link in the email (http://www.newzyouwant.com/NCsoft/20...es/header4.jpg) you'll notice the date 20090512, so my guess it was supposed to be sent today, when all the Devs are in the office ready to field questions.

It was sent out 12 hours early, no biggie.

YES!!! I finally found the Press Release!

When I first clicked the link for the Press Release, there was nothing there

So, basically, does this mean Masterminds get Demon Summoning (Desdemona), and Blasters/Defenders get Pistols (or perhaps Dual Gun Wielding because of that other Hero mentioned) as new power-sets?!
